Don’t look anywhere else, this team is the BEST! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years so I didn’t know what to expect. Upon walking in you’re greeted with the friendliest people. Snacks and waters are available which was super nice. The highlight was the patience of the hygienist and the doctor. My hygienist was beyond patient with me, made me feel completely at ease, and the cleaning procedure was absolutely painless. Never experienced a cleaning that didn’t have any sort of irritation or discomfort, this was a first When the doctor came in, he was one of the nicest and most thorough doctors I’ve been able to come into contact with.

This cleaning happened several years ago, but the injury I suffered was permanent and very distressing. I have carried this frustration for years.
When I recently posted an honest review and the clinic responded by suggesting I had “misunderstood” the situation, I felt compelled to set the record straight and warn other patients.
During that cleaning, the hygienist performed polishing with abrasive paste but did not rinse my mouth at all afterward. Then, without rinsing and while my mouth was still full of abrasive particles, the hygienist immediately began flossing my teeth very aggressively.
As a result of this improper procedure, my gum tissue was physically cut, and I experienced heavy bleeding during the cleaning.
Parts of my gum tissue were clearly damaged — this is not a normal side effect of dental cleaning.
I had received multiple cleanings at this office prior to this incident, and none of them resulted in any injury or excessive bleeding. The fact that this happened only during this particular visit clearly shows that the technique used at that time was unsafe and inappropriate.
After the injury, severe black triangles suddenly appeared between my teeth.
I fully understand that bone loss can contribute to black triangles, but in my case, my bone loss was not significant, and the black triangles only appeared after the gum trauma caused by this improper cleaning procedure.
Had this gum injury not occurred, I would not have experienced such a dramatic change in appearance.
I also want to state very clearly that I did not misunderstand what happened. I know exactly what caused the injury — I felt it as it was happening.
It is extremely disappointing that instead of taking accountability for the improper technique used during that cleaning, the clinic has suggested that I simply “misunderstood” the situation.
I believe patients deserve to be treated with proper care and safe techniques. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic caused me permanent harm, and I hope that by sharing this, I can help protect other patients.
They are the BEST . I got in about 15 minutes early and noticed the complimentary snacks and coffee in the waiting area. My appointment was at 10am on Friday. They were right on time, not even a minute late. The cleaning and X rays were done professionally and accurately. The Doctor also provided a thorough consultation and ensured all questions and concerns were addressed. The cleaning was painless and efficient. I was asked numerous times if I was comfortable.
The exam room and waiting area was spotless. I usually notice filthy air vents at other offices, but not this one. Dirt and dust was NOT present on any of the equipment or fixtures. The restroom was also very clean. I'll be back for sure. This office is Highly recommend.
