My cleaning at Suwanee Dental Care in Suwanee, GA was pleasant, but things went downhill fast. Had to get a crown—they ordered the wrong size, so I've had a temp for three weeks. Then they talked me into Invisalign, but the aid put adhesive all over my teeth, buttons are too high and cutting my mouth, and the doctor never checked them. Can't floss or wear them properly, so now I'm forced to seek treatment elsewhere. Hoping for a refund since insurance already paid. They knew I was moving and needed it done right the first time.

Suwanee dental goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable at my appointment. And they take care of any emergencies as soon as possible. I very rarely have to wait to be seen. Staff is super friendly

even I had insurance they wanted to do a full exam on my mouth wich is expensive and I mentioned very specific I want a Regular clean up and they said you need a deep clean up , and I ask for just One Tooth exam they never did something on it and I came out with a Bill even though my Insurance this place is Good but I would not recommend for anyone who wants to get something especific on .
It's all about getting all the bucks from insurance and for my Clean up was more then 500 $ my co- pay I walk away with a bill

Had the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had here! Brenda was amazing—she checked me in, took all of my photos and scans, and was extremely kind and professional throughout. I was on a time crunch, and they completely respected my time, getting me in and out quickly without feeling rushed. Dr. Schalk was super friendly, thorough, and made me feel comfortable the entire time.
