Very friendly folks. Actually, all of the items listed were equally tens on a 10 point scale. The receptionist was very pleasant and nice. The lady doing the cleaning was the same. The doctor always smiles and he’s very pleasant to talk to. I’ve never been to such a great dentist in my life.

Had to get two root canals done today in Suwanee and was utterly terrified, shaking and all. Kept telling myself this practice numbs me right, but it was still intense. They communicated everything, made me feel comfortable, and numbed me so well I barely felt a thing. When I did feel something, the doctor fixed it immediately. Now I'm confident the rest of my dental work here in Georgia will be handled with care and skill.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually love going to the dentist now! At Suwanee Dental Studio, they take you in right on time—if your appointment's at 11, you're in at 11. No waiting around. My visit today at this Suwanee dental clinic was way better—the deep cleaning treatment finally made sense. Tuyet (dental hygienist) is phenomenal. Very attentive and genuine. The Dentist here is also very authentic and helpful. Have been to a number of dentistries, this one is a cut above the rest. 10/10 recommend.

I’m so grateful to have found Suwanee center for family dentistry. My dental provider, hygienist, and dental assistant have all been so kind and gentle to me. They eased my fears and anxiety. When I had to get root canals the numbing process was so smooth and painless. Even the aftermath of the procedures have been smooth and painless. The front desk staff members are so kind, patient, always greeted with a smile. When I asked questions about billing and insurance they answered all my questions and ensured I had full understanding. I’m moving in June and wish I could take them with me, I hope to find a dental practice as great as this one. I was definitely handled with care here.

Hands down, my best experience with a dentist office ever has been at Suwanee Dental Studio in Georgia. Dr. D and the staff make you feel so comfortable, and there are no surprises with billing or payment. Thanks to them, I've fallen in love with my smile again after some cosmetic dentistry work. They have ad $149.00 for x-ray and cleaning. They never mention of qualifying in the ad. I went there for cleaning and x-ray. They said we do x-ray but if your are not qualify, you must pay $99 and we do not do cleaning. These people are very dishonest and tricky. they call it qualifying, means if we can not make any money from you you are not qualify but you must pay $99. I find these people very tricky and dishonest. Also their cleaning was very fundamental and was not worth for $149.00 my teeth are still yellow. I feel my money was wasted and I never go back to these people

I started coming here a few months ago, because I had become very dissatisfied with my previous dentist. It has been very pleasant thus far. I have transferred my entire family to this facility. They are very pleasant & cordial at the front desk. I have had a very good experience with the dentists and hygienist here so far.
I am in the process of having some dental work redone (a bridge to be exact), which is why I have not given them five stars yet. But they are certainly headed that way.
I will certainly update my review when my dental work has been completed.

Went in for immediate tooth pain. Was serviced very well and cared for from check in to check out. Every one has a great and positive attitude and great energy in the office. I’m so glad they were able to squeeze me in last minute!

Original review: There are some places that I just enjoy (yes, I’m reviewing a dentist office and I’m using that word!) visiting as soon as I enter the waiting area and check in— I was very happy to discover that Suwanee Center for Family Dentistry is one of them. Our prior dentist stopped taking our insurance and the dreaded search for a new dentist commenced. We could not be more pleased at having discovered this practice. Everyone so far has been friendly, professional and enjoyable to work with. It seems this practice is very clued-in to the latest in dental procedures and technology, and they have communicated everything to us clearly and with great patience— including the front desk and the finance personnel. A rare find, in my experience.

Highly recommend. I feel that they care about your health of your teeth and are fair with pricing. They don’t pressure you for any of the services. The staff had a great attitude from the front desk staff, Peter, and the Dr. I will definitely be returning and sending others to this location.

Amazing experience. I had three fillings done this morning. I am an EXTREMELY anxious patient and both the dental assistant as well as the dentist were kind, caring and extremely patient with me. I wish I had gotten the dental assistants name but she was amazing with me. She made me SO comfortable. The dentist was also so kind. He kept making sure I was OK. I honestly could not believe it when they said I was done
The week before I had my cleaning and the hygenist Tuyet was once again amazing. I gag terribly with xrays but she helped me get through it and half the staff were helping press the button as she

They all truly did not make me feel like a freak for being anxious but instead did everything in their power to make me calm and they succeeded
