I have been a patient with Suzana dental bayonne for years now .. I recently had an appointment for a tooth feeling the experience was horrible and very painful they gave me anesthesia three times for no reason and she holds my mouth very rough and wide open never giving me a chance to catch my breath or relax she just forces in doing what she has to do. Also she has assistance that don’t understand a word I mean you’re in the US speak some English as well. In my previous appointment I also got a tooth feeling, the appointment was for one but without me knowing she cleaned two tooth and charge me for both routes without me knowing or consulting with me. You make an appointment for an extraction or anything without asking you they start making x-rays because they will charge you for everything but they don’t consult with you at first or while you are there . A tooth extraction does not need any tests but when you go there she starts talking that you have to come back into weeks because you have to get your gum tested, this is not good that is not good I mean why make the appointment just a waste of time. and when you are off the anesthesia you are left with so much pain and she gives your medicine in very high dosage were not necessary. I had stitches done they look very ugly did not even melt they have to do the one with the thread which they pull off after I mean how outdated are they. Just say you have an appointment but when their people are there even when they come after me they help them first and I have to wait hours until I am helped. Even drs reyes can’t speak good English, always something in her mouth you could not understand her. They are cheap but don’t waste your money there!

Suzana Dental Office in Bayonne is the worst dental office I've known. The staff is friendly, but the doctor isn't normal - she just does whatever she wants without asking permission. I went for a tooth extraction, and the nurse didn't communicate well in English. They made me sit with something in my mouth, then said I needed a vitamin first. Total waste of time and money in Bayonne, NJ.
