Our recent visit with Dr. Jamie at Sweet Tooth was really disappointing. My son just turned 2.5 and did great with the dental assistant during the cleaning—she was kind and calm. But when Dr. Jamie came in, she didn't explain what she was doing, which made him anxious fast. Even though the assistant skipped the X-ray due to his age, Dr. Jamie didn't seem concerned. Then she used a mouth clamp on him without much warning. In Downers Grove, we expected better pediatric care for such a young kid.

The office at Sweet Tooth in Downers Grove is cute and engaging for kids, but my scheduling experiences have been pretty frustrating. We've visited twice and waited over 20 minutes past our appointment times both times. Once, my confirmed appointment was given away. For our third visit, they called 15 minutes before to say they were running behind and asked if we could come later. Since I live 30 minutes away with two toddlers who nap then, we had to reschedule. It's been a hassle dealing with this for general dentistry needs.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Jamie and her team! I was referred here by another mom for my daughter to have her ties evaluated. Not only was I impressed by the overall look of the office but the team was extremely welcoming the moment I walked in the door. With my daughter being only 4 months I was nervous about the consult. Dr. Jamie and her staff explained in detail the procedure and were able to perform it that day. From follow ups, to being available after hours via text for concerns and to send pictures. I always felt supported. I live about 30 mins away and even chose to start bringing my 2 year old son here for care because I fell in love with eveything and everyone here. I cannot thank Dr. Jamie and her team enough for going above and beyond to care for me and my family.

Our kids love seeing Dr. Jamie! The office staff and hygienists are very friendly and great with kids. They go above and beyond to make kids comfortable during their visit - such as offering toys, shows, counting teeth, and letting them see everything with a mirror. I appreciate the thorough exam and tips for parents too. Would recommend!
My daughter had a 4 tooth extraction and everyone made it as easy and friendly as possible. She was not scared at all and the staff had her laughing! Went back for cleaning, same great experience. Loved our first visit. The office looked really cute and kid friendly. The staff was all smiles and Dr. Moss was very patient. Everything went smooth and thorough. My twins loved it.
We had our first visit to Sweet Tooth in Downers Grove the other day when my daughter complained of tooth pain. Based on good Google reviews, we got a next-day appointment, which was amazing. The dentist did a thorough job with X-rays and found a cyst along her gum line and infected gums near her molars, then prescribed antibiotics. I'm so grateful they investigated thoroughly instead of brushing it off. Their emergency services really made a difference for us in IL!

I can’t say enough positive things. The facility is adorable and very welcoming. There was a sign on the counter w our daughter's name on it welcoming her. The assistant at the front was warm and friendly. Dr Jamie was amazing w our almost 3 yr old, even checking the teeth on her stuffed animal. Our daughter woke up the next day asking to go to the dentist! Definitely recommend!
If you are looking for a very good kid friendly dentist, I highly recommend this dentistry!!!! Being new to the area, I was nervous about finding a new dentist for my kiddos especially for my youngest who has autism. Dr Jaime and her staff are super nice and professional. We never feel rushed and they always take out the to explain procedures and address any questions and concerns. They make my children feel welcome, safe and so comfortable that they actually look forward to their visits. Thank you so much Dr Jamie and staff. We’ll see ya in 6 months!

This place was so welcoming from the start! The bright colors and toys were so fun for my daughter. Everything is so clean and the staff were so warm and professional. This was my daughter's first visit to the dentist, and she wasn't afraid at all. Dr. Moss gave a us a lot of helpful information to help our daughter with her bite.
