I’m a new patient post COVID. Today was the beginning of my transition back to the dentist post COVID. Dr Taylor and her staff were exceptional! I was anxious, cold and unimpressed with myself for putting off the dentist for so long. Not only did they take their time to walk me through everything that needed to be done, they were efficient (finished ahead of schedule) and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. If I would have known it was going to be such a positive experience, I would have never waited so long to schedule. She and her team are top notch!
Visiting my daughter and son in law on my trip to my winter Florida home, I found myself in need of a dentist to repair a lost filling. A quick Google search took me to Dr. Taylor's Office. From the moment I was greeted by Rachel, I knew I would probably be in good hands. Upon meeting Dr. Taylor this was confirmed. Her staff was highly professional and friendly. Dr. Taylor was very skilled and explained each step of the procedure. This was not your "run of the mill" replacement filling. It entailed direct communication with my dental group back home and exchange of my dental history. I love coming here. In fact, I moved to Charlotte and still make the commute to Moorseville so I can keep Dr. Taylor as my dentist. She is knowledgeable, kind, and direct when it comes to getting my teeth the care they need. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new dentist. The front desk staff is also great and a big shout out to Holly, one of Dr. Taylor's awesome dental hygienists. She is so sweet and always makes my teeth sparkle!
Taylor’d Smiles is hands down the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. From the time you walk in the door Dr. Taylor and her staff treat you as if you are their only priority for the day. The office is modern and clean and all precautions are being taken for COVID-19. I had some very big cavities that needed to be filled and Dr. Taylor did an amazing job explaining everything she was going to do and showing me why with my X-rays. I felt zero pain during or after the procedure. I’ve never had that type of experience at the dentist before. Dr. Taylor and her staff were so amazing, that I can now walk into the dentist office without fear and dread. Thank you SO much!
