Honestly, it's hard to put into words how it feels to be able to smile in public again. Dr. Stefanie gave me my smile back. I never thought I'd say that, and I still have more work to do. Showed up with a cracked, decaying tooth and their team in Urbandale was able to help me right away. They spent the extra time needed to do what they could, and I'm going back for a crown once the permanent is ready. A very good experience given the condition my tooth was in!

I’ve been going to the Dental Loft for almost three years and couldn’t be happier! All of the staff are exceptional; extremely knowledgeable and professional yet down to earth and friendly which always puts me at ease while being at the dentist. The customer service is great and it’s always easy to schedule an appt. I had to reschedule my last appt unexpectedly due to work and I could still get in within the next month, not 8 months like some friends experienced at other places. I like that the Dental Loft is a small business who I am happy to keep supporting!
Completely blown away by how amazing my visits to The Dental Loft have been. The office employs wonderful people and runs efficiently—never waited more than 2 minutes. Obsessed with The Dental Loft—and that's an understatement. Every person, every detail, every interaction is exactly how you should feel when visiting a dentist, but they go even farther. They want you to be confident in your smile. You're greeted with a calming waiting room, Kim is my favorite hygienist, and they have refreshments. For kids, they get to dress up like rock stars. Whatever procedure you need, they make it great.

I’ve been going to The Dental Loft for a little over 3 years and it has been such a wonderful experience. I used to dread having to go to the dentist, due to the fact that I’ve encountered many unpleasant instances in other dentist’s office. Luckily, a family member pointed my husband and I to the direction of The Dental Loft. They provide such a welcoming and warm environment that encapsulates trust. After visits, they even send you home with a goodie back fillies with essential dental hygiene products! I definitely recommend going here, especially since Kim and Stafanie take the utmost care of you.

The team at The Dental Loft have an ability to make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in the door. Attractive decor along with some light music to set the mood or settle it if you are a bit anxious like me. I’ve had cleanings and crowns during my visits and have felt comfortable/heard/cared for during each visit. Like many people, I have a hesitancy in going to the dentist. I feel I am gaining confidence with each visit and it is due to the care I am receiving from Dr. Stefanie and her amazing team of dental assistants/hygienists. The Dental Loft is such a warm and welcoming environment. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. Kim the hygienist is amazing—she truly cares about her patients. The entire staff at The Dental Loft is AWESOME!! I had not been to a dentist for a VERY LONG time (due to a VERY BAD earlier experience), so I was really hesitant to try ANYONE. After looking at their FB page and seeing the reviews, I decided to give them a try. They welcomed me, without any shame/scolding on my very first visit and from then on, have been more than helpful and not pressuring me to do procedures that don't fit into my budget!
They actually seem to be HAPPY and enjoying their jobs!

The Dental Loft is the most inviting Dentist’s Office I’ve ever been to. I went to the same practice for many years and when my Dentist transitioned out of private practice I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do. This was the perfect opportunity to see who/what else was out there. Dr. Stephanie and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They strive to make your experience quick, easy and affordable. I’m not sure of any other place where I can watch Netflix during my visit. So glad I chose to switch to the Dental Loft!
