Our family's been with The Firehall Dentist since we moved to Waterdown almost 30 years ago. The service and professional care are just unmatched. They've handled dental emergencies for us too - like when a hockey stick broke my son's front tooth. Dr. Heidi Kunze did an amazing emergency repair that was completely invisible. She thought it might last a decade, but it held up even longer. My grown kids tried other dentists but came back because the standard of care wasn't the same. Liliana's hands down the best dental hygienist I've ever had. Not only is she gentle and calming, but she remembers I don't like the TV on and that I avoid microplastics in floss. She's thorough and talented - can't remember a cleaning that actually hurt. Dr. Sam and Tea make sure I'm comfortable with fluffy blankets and their personable natures. Dr. Sam checks on me frequently during procedures. He's a gentle, focused dentist who does excellent work while always remembering the patient's needs.
