He really listens to my concerns and takes a scientific, but thoughtful and engaged approach to any issues I raise (tooth sensitivity, headaches). He is thorough and quite knowledgeable and I know I am in good hands. I mentioned that I tend to have anxiety when going to the dentist and he adjusted his approach to ensure my comfort and ease. The Local Dentist in Federal Way and Surprise Lake Dentistry in Milton are amazing. I am new to the area, and I hadn't seen a dentist in 15 years due to being disabled and unable to afford dental insurance. I found them via my Medicare advantage plan directory. They are less than 2 miles away from my house, in a busy shopping area (which is fun to explore if you are a bit early for your appointment). BONUS. When I walked in, I was welcomed by 2 ladies with big smiles and laid back, yet professional dispositions. Super friendly front desk put me at ease, as I was expecting the worst outcome for my teeth. I had had to have 2 teeth pulled over the 15 years, and it really hurt my self-esteem. My big laugh turned into closed mouth giggles. Medicare itself doesn't cover dentists. So this year I specifically chose an Advantage Plan with dental.... turns out, I had zero cavities! And I am able to work towards implants to fix the teeth I had lost. I left the office fighting tears I was so happy, and everyone, especially the dentists, were so easy going and disarming. So here I am, in phase two of my implant journey and in just.a couple weeks, I will have a smile and laugh I can be proud of. I recommend these guys to everyone I meet. No joke! Incredible, down to earth, unintimidating professionals that will have you showing off that smile as you leave their office. I am so impressed!

From routine cleanings/checkups, to extensive work (such as fillings/crowns), Dr. Kim and all the hygienists at this office have been incredible; patient, thorough, professional, and simultaneously easy going. I’ve never felt rushed at any appointment, and have always had any questions or concerns addressed in full. I couldn’t recommend this office enough!

I really appreciate all of them and the safety measures they have set in place for us and themselves. I'm glad I found them, as long as I live in Washington he will be my my go to dentist.
