Love my dentist, the people, and the facility in Santa Clara—everyone does a thorough job. I'd give 5 stars, but they're always late. Got there 10 minutes early for my appointment and was seen 15-17 minutes late. They did offer free special floss to make up for it. Just need to improve timing. But I'll keep coming as long as I live nearby. Great for cleanings and exams.

I came here on Friday with a lot of pain, They were very busy but they made time to see me, I couldn't find my insurance card but everyone was very nice helping me finding it. Dr. Jason Lee was very professional and right away they took X-ray finding that I had a bad wisdom tooth, right away he referred me to a specialist. Thank you for all your help.

I had a great experience with Dr Lee and his team. I had my two wisdom teeth removed by Dr Lee. The process was much less scary than I thought. The recovery was quick. Dr Lee is very skillful. The communication was also good. Definitely a five star experience.

Dr. Lee and his team are excellent professionals. One of his hygienists, "Sush," is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is very, very thorough in cleaning your teeth. She is also sweet and kind in her manner, explains everything well, and checks in during cleaning to make sure you are comfortable. This office has all the latest equipment so makes the cleaning efficient and x-rays easy. I was having trouble getting the information from Delta Dental for billing, but Dr. Lee understood and let me come in and work it out after the appointment - which I did. I had thought I might have to reschedule the appointment but he trusted me which I appreciated!
I am a regular customer of Smile Company at Monticello Apartments. I really enjoy the service provided by them. I’ve worked Claudine a couple of times during my regular cleanings and she is pretty good at what she does and goes the extra mile to make me feel at ease with her cleaning tools. Dr Jason checks up on each cleaning visit with a full evaluation of the state of my teeth and gums followed by plans for care. I haven’t felt the pressure to go for procedures I don’t need immediately. All in all, I get the sense that Dr Jason and his team are a close knit community of professionals who share the same ethic of providing their patients with the best dental care.
