Went in for a routine cleaning as a new patient and was told I had 8-10 cavities. They made me pay over $100 upfront and then billed me another $100+ later. They said I needed to get them filled ASAP or I might need a root canal, which would cost almost $2000. Something felt off, so I got a second opinion from another dentist in Palm Springs. They said I had zero cavities. Total scam, never going back.

First time in this office and honestly I would definitely recommend coming here. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well as the doctor. What I noticed and liked about the doctor was the way she genuinely cared for her patients.
Complete rip-off! I went in for an emergency because my retainer was loose and poking my tongue while on holiday. It took Dr. Lee maybe 5 minutes to fix it, and they charged me over $230! I asked for a quote beforehand but they refused. They totally took advantage of me. Be careful—avoid this place if you can.

Both Dr. Lee and Dr. Godinez have excellent bedside manner and made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. After 2 weeks of delays and cancellations from Western Dental I called in to The Smile Zone and Dr. Lee was ready to give me my root canal an hour later! They were even kind enough to take me after unexpected delays due to construction on the freeway and getting lost on the way there. I had swelling from an abcess so I ended up getting the operation the next day after some meds but it was still so much faster than the other guys it made me wonder why I had ever bothered with those other guys in the first place. Even out of network they worked with me to get a monthly payment plan established and the surgery itself was quick and painless, no more than an hour or so. Thank you for saving my life! That infection was scary!

Great place to go. They work with your needs especially if you don’t like shots. Dr. Lee offers a wide range of services and she makes a very comfortable atmosphere. I have been going there for a few years now and like it a lot.
I'm terrified to Dentist due to an experience quite young. I also have a Severe Hearing Loss. I Mention this since the staff was amazing and dealing with my need to be looked at so I could lip read and hear simultaneously. Doctor McDonald made me feel at ease and her kindness was outstanding !! I couldn't not recommend her and her staff enough
