Brand new patient today! Was really anxious since I'd been with my last dentist for over 15 years. The hygienist was great and made me feel so relaxed. The dentist was friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend the North Babylon location to anyone looking for a dentist office.

I recently came here after going to their Medford office before. The Medford location was nice, but the North Babylon office is now my go-to. Tamara, my dental hygienist, was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Gave me helpful tips in a kind, respectful way — never judgmental. You can tell she goes out of her way so patients never feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. That's rare. Lots of dentists give advice in a way that makes you feel bad, but Tamara is the opposite. She's truly exceptional.

Had a great experience at this office in North Babylon. The place is really nice, and the dentist was kind and professional. But the hygienist, Leena, was the standout. She was super thorough with my dental cleaning, very knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Professional yet personable — she even remembered to ask about my kids, which made the visit feel warm and personal. Honestly can't rave enough about Leena. Would definitely recommend this office because of her exceptional care.

Lucy and Dr. Fishman are the best. I have a gum inflammation and have to take prednisone before my visit. Dr. Fishman orders the medication promptly. Today I had laser gum treatment to help with this condition. My cleaning was relatively painless. I love you guys. You are the best.

The dentist and the lady that cleaned my teeth were amazing. I actually don’t remember the names cause I was in a bit of a rush, but they explained everything to me over and over very friendly on time. The office is amazing.!!!I can get there names and write another review so sorry, was a crazy day for me

Not a fan of the dentist usually, but Dr. Howard, the hygienists, and front desk staff have made each visit easy and comfortable. Front desk is kind and efficient — zero billing issues, costs clear from the start. Dr. Howard is thorough, kind, and informative. Hygienists are personable and make you feel comfortable. Office is clean and bright. No complaints at all.

I am not a particularly easy patient. I picked apart and had my costs broken down to best be covered by my insurance with the billing assistant for about an hour or so. Was terrified in the chair even before the procedure and had to be calmed down. Throughout it all the staff and doctor was incredibly patient and took care of all my needs and concerns. Highly recommend Dr. Katz and staff here at the Smilist!

I had a very pleasant experience at the Smylist. Very helpful and polite staff even when I was late for my appointment. The Dentist, Dr Fishman was a consummate professional- explained to me every step of the process of dealing with my issue, was very gentle to ensure I was not in pain and interested in seeing me doing better on my next visit. This was my first visit to this office and I fell in love with it. 😊🤝

I love the care and patience that Dr Pak shows. I NEVER had anyone administer needles that didn’t hurt a lot! His technique and careful skill was perfect! And caused NO pain! Michelle and the other ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

Today I had gum grafting. Was very nervous and unsure how it would look. The doctor took time to explain the procedure and show potential after pictures. It came out great and was not painful. During the procedure, he made me feel relaxed and did a fantastic job. Home healing after only four hours with absolutely no pain. Awesome job. Highly recommend this facility.

As a first-time patient, I was treated with so much respect from the Smilist Dental team. Was confused about my coverage, but the ladies at the front desk were polite, patient, and professional. Debbie was my hygienist — AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. She informed me of every step and made sure I was comfortable. I'll be referring my whole family. Also, I was able to get a same-day appointment due to office availability — never been able to do that before!
