Honestly, we were really looking forward to our visit to Tiny 2 Teens Pediatric Dentistry in North Richland Hills because of all the great reviews. The front desk was super nice when we got there, which was great. But then the doctor came in—we didn't even realize she was the dentist at first. She just showed us how to brush our son's teeth for maybe two minutes and then left without telling us what was next or when we should come back. We were totally confused about whether the appointment was over or if we should wait around. For a pediatric care visit, we expected way more communication about what to expect.

Our first visit to this dentist in North Richland Hills was super efficient. Almost no waiting time from getting digital x-rays done to booking the next appointment. The staff and doctors were all very nice and kind. Looking forward to our next follow-up for preventive care!

Checked in 15 minutes before our appointment time at this North Richland Hills dentist. Got sent to a room for 20 minutes, then had to wait in another area. They finally saw us 25 minutes after our appointment time—40 minutes total after arriving. Once we were seen, the 5-minute exam for pediatric care went great, but with a toddler, that wait time just isn't acceptable. Not sure if we'll be back.

The staff here in North Richland Hills was a total game changer. I actually got my daughter in for a same-day appointment to have her extractions done the next day—everything was super clean and friendly. Service was super quick at this North Richland Hills pediatric dentist! They were really helpful figuring out my kids' insurance, and once that was sorted, got the kids back fast. The dentist was very informative and nice—super funny and sweet with the kids. When we were leaving, she saw my son crying outside because his balloon popped and ran inside to grab him another one! That's going above and beyond. Our new forever dentist for sure.

We’ve been bringing both our children to Dr. M since she started her practice in Bedford. We’ve had great experiences at both locations. I especially like how they let the parents come back with the children during treatment.
We had such an amazing experience with Dr. M and staff! My son was very scared for his first visit and was melting down. She calmly played with him and took her time building a relationship with him and after 10 or so minutes, he happily jumped up on the table for the cleaning. There are tv’s to watch during the cleaning. After the cleaning, he got a toy and a balloon. Can’t recommend higher!
Dr M. and her staff are amazing!! She was so patient and kind to my son. He's only two and had a bit of struggle getting his exam. She made us feel so comfortable. She gave him a balloon after and they even made him a first time visit certificate! We love it here. Thank you all so much for making my son's first visit so memorable.

I truly enjoyed my experience here. The Dr and assistants are PROFESSIONALS with my babies and they had a BLAST going to the "Tooth Doctor". I highly recommend tiny to teens and I wish I had taken my kids here much sooner. You will receive a white glove experience from begining to end. They make it so exciting for the kiddos.

So much better than what I recall growing up as a kid, I know I always hated going to the dentist. On the way here today he was excited! And when he got here, the excitement never stopped!
