Tooth Acres is the best! I have had some dental challenges over the last few years and Dr Fisher and Dr Goertzen have been there for me - even on an urgent weekend visit. Jamie is my favorite hygienist, although all are kind and friendly. Jamie is gentle, listens and answers your questions, while positively encouraging her patients. There is no need to be afraid at Tooth Acres. They will work with you every step of the way. Everyone is friendly there from the front desk to the person who kindly cleans my Invisalign. I have an amazing experience today at my cleaning appointment! Everyone who works here is absolutely amazing and they are very knowledgeable people! When I was checking out, they even told me about their dental insurance that are toothacre does for their own clients! So I ended up applying for that annual benefit program and I will be only paying $40 a month for a year round service . Detailed version.
I have dental insurance, and with my old dentist, I never had to pay for my twice a year cleanings. He took 15-20mins at most. When he would take the X-rays, it was also covered - I never had to paid extra except the time I had a cavity.
He retired and it took me some time to find a place. I saw the reviews for here and felt confident!
They did several different types of xrays (3 or 4) which felt odd compared to the one style I’m used to with my old dentist. One was even painful, cut into the roof of my mouth.
I kept voicing “as long as it’s covered by my insurance”.
After all the X-rays, the dentist arrived and informed me they could not do my scheduled cleaning and needed to schedule two separate two hour appointments. As a mother of three little kids, it was already a challenge to have a babysitter for the 1.5 hour appointment to only take X-rays/exam. I was beyond disappointed. When I got up front, they charged me just over $130! I was shocked - especially since they didn’t even clean them. I informed them of my insurance, and they said that amount was after insurance was applied. They then handed me the next two appointment estimates totalling over $700!
On top of all that unexpected expenses, I felt like I was at a car lot. They were constantly trying to sell retail. Toothpaste, water floss, etc. “You have to get it here, online isn’t the same stuff”.

Our new patient exams are designed to be comprehensive so we can provide the highest quality of individualized care. This includes taking multiple diagnostic images and performing a detailed evaluation to ensure we fully understand each patient’s oral health needs. Many of our patients appreciate the time we take to listen, answer questions, and create a personalized care plan.
In some cases, treatment for gum or periodontal concerns is completed in multiple appointments to ensure comfort and thorough, effective care. Untreated periodontal conditions can lead to issues such as gum recession, bone loss, tooth mobility, and—in some studies—have even been linked to broader health concerns like heart disease and diabetes. Our goal is always to address any findings early and carefully to support long-term oral and overall health.
Regarding products, our team only recommends items that may benefit a patient’s specific oral health needs. These recommendations are always optional and never required.

I had an outstanding experience at this dentistry office, and I can’t say enough about how welcoming the entire team was. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is warm and calming, which immediately put me at ease.
Hygienist Lisa is truly exceptional—thorough, patient, and incredibly skilled at explaining everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Chelsey was equally wonderful, greeting me with such kindness and making the whole process smooth from start to finish. If you HATE the dentist like I do…this is the place for you. They have made me feel so seen and comfortable through this whole experience. I don’t have the best teeth. I’ve been without insurance for a long while and just letting them go. Also terrified to go to a dentist in general has left my teeth seriously neglected. They never once made me feel bad. They walked me through every step of the progress. I’ve lost a lot of molars over the years and I had a bad one that needed removed but I also told them I do not want dentures so they walked me though getting implants and did a special procedure to save the bone graft so the implant will go smoothly. After getting a temporary cap, I went on vacation and the altitude really messed with my tooth and I was in tremendous pain my whole trip. When I called to tell them they not only had an antibiotic sent all the way to a California pharmacy but my actual DR called me at 10 o’clock at night just to make sure I got the prescription since it was sent from across the country. They were also able to get me in as soon as I got home (they very next day) to have the tooth pulled and bone graft. That was yesterday. This is not my first tooth pulled but it has been by FAR the best experience. During, they wrapped me in a blanket, put headphones and glasses on me, and talked me the whole way through, and of course offer laughing gas. They also use oxygen at the end so I was able to wake up, be clear headed and drove home. It made dealing with the healing SO MUCH easier because I wasn’t foggy after. When I woke up this morning and saw inside my mouth is already healing because of the clot they were able to form for my own blood. I am just completely amazed by the whole experience. I know this is a long review and I’m sure if you’re still reading it’s because you have dental anxiety like me. I’m telling you: give them a call. You won’t regret it!

Walked in without an appointment after my front tooth broke off right before my dinner party.
