Been coming here for over 25 years now. Dr. Mamari is super experienced and friendly, really knows how to talk to people. I still have fillings and a gold crown he placed more than 15 years ago that have never needed redoing or fallen out. He actually inspired me to go to dental assisting school at Ross Medical in Sharonville, Ohio. Great guy, great practice. Check out my Yelp review for more.

I hate giving one star but they deserve zero. Went in for an x-ray for my wisdom teeth and asked them to email it to my oral surgeon. Never got it, and the oral surgeon had to take new ones because no one could reach the office. Now I'm being charged for both x-rays. When I called, they said someone did send it, but it never arrived.
We apologize for the frustration with the x-ray transfer. We're looking into our email process to prevent this from happening again. Please call us so we can help resolve the billing issue. We want to make this right.
Dr. Mamari doesn't get enough credit! He's incredible, professional, and talented. The staff was great too—everything ran on time for a small office. They gave me clear info about next steps and how to improve my dental health. 10/10, I'll always come back for my general dentistry needs.

Horrible service. My dad came here for dentures with Medicaid. They made him wait over 7 months, and when he got them, they didn't fit properly. They don't even answer the phone. He called over 7 times and got no response. Absolutely ridiculous to keep someone waiting that long and not do the job right.

Place is run down and outdated, looks like it used to be a bank. Had three different assistants during my visit. Didn't even get a cleaning, just x-rays. The dentist was rude to his assistant when she made a small mistake. He didn't review my x-rays with me, just asked about brushing and flossing, then told me I should brush for four whole minutes. Felt judged.

I like this dentist a lot. He is no nonsense and gets the job done. I like the way they do xrays also. No sticking stuff in your mouth. The assistants are very nice also!!

Worst experience with any dental office. Scheduled for my son, rearranged work, signed him out of school early—only to be told the appointment was never in the system. Reception area had no computers, felt unorganized and sketchy. Not professional at all. Will never return and recommend staying away.

Wait was long, had to switch rooms a couple of times. Seemed uncoordinated. I just hope they dont mess up my teeth and I have a positive outcome. Hoping for the best. I have faith in them.

Don’t waste your time. Trust the bad reviews. The day I went a father was taking his daughter and they said they’ve never had the daughter in their system. The father said he’s taken his daughter there five different times. They turned him away without the appointment. I should have known then it was a bad idea. They saw my son that day and I asked for a receipt. They said they would email me and I was confused how there’s no other way to get the receipt. They wouldn’t event type it into the computer they wrote my email on a sticky note. I called two days later asking when I would get the receipt they said they don’t even know what I’m talking about. They asked him to come back two months later for a follow up. I check him out of school and they said he had no follow up and can’t see him. Wanting me to reschedule and even said they didn’t wanna give me an absent note because they won’t be seeing him that day.
It is unfortunate that you came on a day and time when your appointment was not scheduled. That is why every patient who has an appointment gets a reminder text at least the day before there appointment. Therefore, in the future, you should confirm your appointment in case you do not get a reminder text.

“Dr.” MAMARI has zero professionalism. He didn’t change his gloves, there was no protective hygiene covers for the XRAY machine, both of his staff members were brand new.
He has a smart mouth, and treats people who have MEDICAID as less-than-human.
WILL be reporting to the state, the dental board, anyone I can. He should not be in business, and certainly should not be treating any patients.
Don’t waste your time. I called and made an appointment, then they called back twice to reschedule the time. I was working so it kind of pissed me off from the start.
We get to the appointment, my daughter was brought back, at first I was aloud to sit with her. Then was told I had to sit in the waiting room which was fine no biggie. They gave her an X-RAY, then five minutes later she walks out with a card that had the new appointment and was told we had to come back! I took off work and everything to be told to reschedule! I’m actually glad the only one dentist who works there did not work on her teeth. Not going back, Very unprofessional.
Worst dental place I've ever been to. It felt like a scam—they take your money and make you wait hours, then just sit you in a chair for 15 minutes and say they can't help. The doctor never talked to me directly, only the assistant, so I couldn't trust the advice. I arrived at 3pm for my appointment but wasn't seen until way later.
