Le was so thorough and gentle with the X-rays and cleaning, even though I have sensitive teeth. Dr. Ta and Le kept checking that I was comfortable and pain-free. I don't speak English very well, but the staff treated me with great courtesy—that really impressed me. The clinic is clean and has modern equipment. Some say the cost is higher, but once you see the technology, you understand. I'm very satisfied. The doctor never forced any decisions, just gave me options. You do need to enter info on your smartphone beforehand, which might be tricky for older folks like me, but overall a great experience.

I came here to get composite bonding/veneers on my two front teeth and I am so so happy with my results! Dr. Ta is amazing at what she does. When I first got my teeth done by Dr. Ta , I loved them, but when I got home I felt that I wanted the shape to be a bit different. I texted Trident dental right away and they fit me in for the next day to add those finishing touches. They turned out amazing and looks so natural and feel great. The reviews for Trident seemed amazing, so I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad I did! I honestly did not expect a dental office to be this nice. The staff at the front are super friendly and takes care of everything so efficiently and clearly, Lee is hands down the best hygienist I have ever had, I love how Dr. Bhayani explains every step of the procedure and checks in to make sure you are comfortable, and everyone on her team has this calm and thoughtful approach that just puts you at ease. I had to have some major work done, and they scheduled me in for the days immediately after my first appointment, making it easy to stay on track. They pay such close attention to the patient experience - the comfortable waiting area and rooms, the television on the ceiling for entertainment during the procedure, the warm lavender towel to freshen up after, the seamless handoff back to reception - I really appreciate how much they care, and definitely look forward to going back!

Before the appointment, they sent the bill so I knew what insurance covered and what I'd pay. During treatment, I watched TV on the ceiling—helped me relax. It’s been a year with Trident smiles and the experience has always been great. The staff and doctors are super friendly and helpful. I got my wisdom tooth extracted, cleanings done, and currently on my invisalign. I like how clean and well maintained everything is and TV while the procedure goes is 🤌🏻. I also have my Uber covered by them as I live within 5 mi, which was totally unexpected. I love it overall!
