Honestly, everything was just amazing at True Dental in Fall River, MA. Dr. Medeiros is super personable with great chair manner and composure - clearly knows his stuff when it comes to dental work. Crystal, the assistant, was really personal too. Everyone had time for small talk but still got the job done quickly. The office has this terrific rhythm that makes you feel comfortable. If you're dealing with teeth problems around here, I'd definitely recommend checking them out for dental implants or other treatments. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Dr. Medeiros at True Dental is fantastic! My past dental experiences as a youth were pretty traumatic, but Dr. Medeiros has the finest patient skills to ease anxiety. Had a real emergency situation where two lower front teeth got so loose they fell out. Panicked and managed to reinsert them, but felt completely embarrassed as a business owner who deals with customers daily. True Dental is superb, one of the best Dental offices I’ve experienced anywhere. The facility is immaculate and boasts the latest in technology (everything looks new or very recent). The front desk staff are friendly & professional. Most importantly, my hygienist (Savannah) and my dentist (Dr. Lorenz) are top notch: They’re highly skilled and super nice, which always makes such a difference when contemplating a visit to the dentist. Most importantly (to me), I never feel like they’re rushing through a visit to maximize revenue at the expense of quality care; they take the time to do the job right, to explain in detail what’s being done, and to generally make patients feel like they’re getting their money’s worth.
The staff here is amazing and welcoming and kind. Dr. Medeiros is so polite, kind , and makes the experience as easy as possible. Always informative about what is being done. Highly recommend this office .

Had a few appointments here for dental fillings so far, and they've been transparent about what work I need, my options, and costs/insurance coverage. My decisions are respected. Dr. Lorenz did great work on a filling that might've needed a root canal - holding up well so far. Appreciate that he honored my request for the least invasive option.

I just had the best appointment experience in my entire life, I literally told all my family about it. I went for a cleaning, but it really felt like a relaxing massage session. I almost felt asleep to the voice of an incredibly nice lady. I definitely recommend!! I would give 5 more stars if I could.
I love going to True Dental. Everyone is so friendly and caring about me, and my teeth 😬 are so clean. Also when I had a filling that fell out they made an appointment right away for me. The Dentist does an excellent job. I couldn't ask for a better place to go to.
One of my favorite places to go after being scared of the dentist for so long. My hygienist Jill, Is so gentle, and kind, and very thorough. The dentist is awesome as well kind, and honest. Our family makes a 13 hour trip for our cleanings exams, and any dental work. Oh and the staff is amazing as well.
