I'm usually terrified of the dentist, but the team at Tymes Square Dental made everything so easy and pain-free. Everyone's super helpful and friendly. If you need general dentistry or emergency dental service, they really know how to put you at ease. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

Find somewhere else. 2 years ago they sent me out for a root canal that failed. Instead of listening to me saying it was still hurting they continued to drill on what was left of the tooth to the point it had to be crowned twice. Over $1800 out of pocket to save a tooth that was causing constant pain, fractured, and still infected but they still crowned it. I wish I had found a second opinion before they charged me for 2 separate crowns on same tooth. Even with good insurance this office is 2-3 times more for low quality work. It’s sad because this used to be a great practice

I showed up at the wrong time for my appointment, but Leigha at the front desk kept calm and made the whole experience great. She rearranged everything and explained it clearly so I wouldn't stress. She even told me about specialists for TMJ treatment—something no one ever mentioned. I've had TMJ pain for 30 years and didn't know there were treatments. I actually cried. So grateful for this place in Spring.

This place has had so many management changes over 5 years. Some doctors were good, some not—but the good ones fixed mistakes for free. Dr. Caldwell left to start his own practice. Now I'm being billed for things my insurance covers 100%, like regular 6-month visits. Billing is a third party nobody can reach. Frustrating.

The front staff was so nice and kind. The dental hygienist was awesome—explained everything and prepared me for any discomfort. The dentist who pulled my 4 wisdom teeth was great too. Everyone was professional, fast, and efficient. I'd give extra stars for patient care. But over a year later, they're trying to bill me for the extraction, which my insurance should cover. That's frustrating.

Not happy with all the changes. Had a crown done a while back that never felt right. Now they say there's a gap and it needs fixing—their mistake, but I still have to pay. No thanks, I'm finding a new dentist. The dentists and hygienists are good, but their system is a mess. I confirmed an appointment by text, showed up, and they had no record. Lucky I'm retired or I'd have wasted time.

Just visited for the first time and loved the quality and how nice everyone was. My hygienist Christy (I believe that’s her name), was very nice, funny and explained everything she was doing and went over options with me. The doctor was also very friendly and he had a great upbeat energy. The receptionists at front also checked on me when my appointment was running late. The entire staff here is great.. thank you!
This office has really nice and welcoming staff! I have anxiety about the dentist from past experiences, but they make me feel safe and comfortable every time. I'm also happy with their dental work and advice. Only downside is they can be busy since it's a smaller office, so plan a month or a few weeks ahead. Great for pediatric dentistry or general care in Spring.

Today was my second time to visit and I had some cavities taken care of. It’s been a lot of years since I was at a dentist’s office and I’m very glad I chose Tymes Square Dental. Dr. Caldwell is an awesome dentist who is very gentle, caring, and patient and I have not encountered any member of the staff who does not seem the same. I need to start visiting regularly to take better care of my teeth and they are making that much easier. I totally recommend this office, particularly Dr. Caldwell.
Everyone I met was very friendly and professional which was the front desk, the dentist and the hygienist. I went in for my routine dental care purchased from Groupon. I was fit into the schedule for that same day for deep cleaning. John the hygienist was very patient and detailed with his work. I never had a very thorough deep clean. You can tell he takes pride in this work. Thank you everyone for a pleasant dental visit.
I cannot say enough how amazing this dental office is. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor are so friendly, professional, and very caring. Dr. Caldwell not only cared for my husbands filling but also my mom’s tooth extraction and he did an amazing job. If you notice the bad reviews here they all regard insurance problems. But any educated person knows to verify their own benefits and coverage before going to any office. It is patient’s responsibility to know before walking to any doctor or dentist office. Even when you are verifying insurance coverage they always have a disclosure “this does not guarantee of payment”. Regardless if you spend any money is worth every penny. I am so thankful for Tymes Square Dental!
First time in a long time I've liked a dental facility this much! Went because of a Groupon, but I was really impressed and will be back. The dentist gave me an option to fix a tooth that bothered me for years—other dentists said they couldn't help or to just chew on the other side. Price isn't bad either. The hygienist did a great job, gentle and friendly. My teeth feel super clean. If you need cosmetic dentistry or dental implants in Spring, check them out.

Great Service! I lost a filling and was able to get a same day appointment. I always get nervous when I have to see the dentist and on top of that I had pain. They made me feel at ease and explained the procedure. The hours are also very convenient so I don't have to miss work when I do my follow-up and cleaning.
This dentist office is wonderful. Scheduling was easy, they are wonderful with my 3 year old daughter and now she loves the dentist. Dr. Iglesias and Dr. Waring are top notch dentists and they provide outstanding customer service!! Not only that, but the hygienist, technicians and office staff are so sweet and helpful!
