Dr. Phan and his staff are amazing! From the dental hygienist to the front office team. Everyone is always kind, smiling, and you never feel rushed by them. Couldn't recommend them enough. I also got my clear aligners from here and have been very happy with the transformation thus far.
I never leave reviews on anything but I had such an amazing experience that I just have to. Being new to the area and not having seen a dentist in a couple of years, I was a bit nervous. I had looked at the reviews of dentists near me and decided to give Urbandale Family Dentist a try and I am so glad I did. Everyone in the office was so unbelievably kind and made me feel very comfortable. Forgive me, as I am terrible with names but the lady at the front desk has been extremely kind and patient with me. As I have had to reschedule due to having a newborn and last minute things coming up with her. The lady at the front desk had no problem with my multiple calls and kindly helped me find a new appointment time with no irritation whatsoever and nothing but kindness.
The lady that had done my X-rays, cleaning, assessment, etc. was amazing as well. She was so very kind and made a long visit feel so short with how quickly and efficiently she worked while still talking with me. Although she’s the only one that’s worked with me so far, I had overheard the other lady’s talking and they seem just as kind, fast, and efficient as her.
Typically from my experience, the dentists will come in for a minute or two, to look at my teeth and send me on my way. Dr. Phan took the time to explain everything to me in detail, even though I didn’t have any major issues. I tend to be a bit anxious when it comes to dental work and all that has gone away with how amazing the facility is and how amazing every single staff is. I have full confidence that anyone could work on my teeth or talk to me in that facility, and I wouldn’t have a single bad thing to say.
