Went to this Union City dental place once for extractions and they were supposed to call when some work was done. It's been three months now and still nothing - and they've already been paid. Tried calling but stayed on hold for two hours before giving up. Living 45 minutes away makes it tough to just drop by. Pretty frustrating experience with their follow-up.

Been coming to this dental school in Union City for over a year now for extractions and eventually dentures since I have pretty extensive needs. Dr. Reese and every student I've seen are seriously knowledgeable, efficient, and actually care about you. Yeah, things move a bit slower because of student schedules, but honestly that just gives you more healing time between procedures. Would tell anyone in Tennessee needing dental work to check them out.

This place in Union City has helped me so much with emergency dental care. They're really friendly people doing important work - without them, I'd still be dealing with toothaches every day since I can't drive to get a job and don't have much family support. Only costs me $10 no matter how many teeth they pull, usually 2-4 at a time. Sometimes you can get meds, sometimes not, but you can't beat service this affordable. Owe them a lot for helping me out.

Tried calling this Union City dental place first and was on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. Tried again later and waited over an hour. I get calls might take time but this is ridiculous. Update from August 2021: Called multiple times since July 6th, never reached anyone. Once was on hold for 3 hours. My only days off are Sunday and Friday, went up there multiple times and they were closed even though their posted hours said otherwise.

Had a tough tooth pulled yesterday at this Union City dental school - the young lady who did it said it was her hardest extraction yet but she handled it really well. Want to thank her and the whole staff, they were super professional about the whole oral surgery process. Definitely going back for more dental work when I need it.

Had a tooth extracted yesterday at this Union City dental school and was pretty nervous about it. The young man who helped me was really nice though - he used numbing gel before the shots and honestly didn't hurt me at all. Gave me clear instructions for aftercare both verbally and on paper. Place was super clean and sterile, plus the prices are really reasonable. Definitely one of the best spots for dental work in Tennessee.
