Went in for a cleaning at Valley Family Dentistry in Roanoke, VA two months ago, and the hygienist scrapped and chipped my front tooth. Now it looks like I have lettuce stuck in my teeth. My other front teeth are implants, but she didn't check my history or the x-rays from that day. Dr. Lynch said it probably would've chipped anyway and denied responsibility. Insurance wants $1500 to fix it. After 11 years, I'm never going back.

She is friendly and welcoming. She makes me feel comfortable, does a great job cleaning my teeth very efficiently, and ensures that all is well with my teeth. Dr. Lynch is friendly and personable and ensures my teeth have no issues. He addresses any concerns I may have. When I started going to the dentist after moving to Roanoke in my 20s, Dr Lynch's father was my dentist. I have been using Valley Family Dentistry for over 40 years and I would recommend them to everyone. I have also used their services for teeth aligning and whitening, both with very positive results.
