This location has been wonderful! Within calling to inquire if they were accepting new patients, I had an appointment set that week. The dentist was honest and quick, and made sure to clearly let me know the amount of work that I needed. I did not feel like he was over prescribing me and it felt judgment free. The dental assistants were also very kind and easy to work with. They explained everything we were doing and provided me an honest quote for the work that I needed based on the doctors recommendation. Most of all the dental hygienist, Shelly, has been the most amazing. She really cares about her patients and it shows. She’s is incredibly easy to spend time with and is really gentle when working on you. After my first set of SRP cleanings, half my mouth went from night to day. I didn’t realize how much pain I was living with up until half of my mouth was addressed. I just had the second half of the SRP completed, and I already feel so much relief. It is a bummer that you have to pay upfront and then your insurance pays you out later, but this office makes it as painless as possible with being as honest as possible about cost. I recommend this spot, and most of all recommend Shelly. She’s the best dental hygienist ever.

Had a really bad experience at another place in Woodland where they didn't numb me right and left a cavity half done, then said I might need a root canal and couldn't get me back for weeks. Victoria Place Dental Center in Eureka got me in fast and the front desk actually cared about what happened. The dentist numbed me perfectly the first time and made sure I was good before starting. Felt totally at ease and the whole thing was super quick. Night and day difference from before. So glad I found them for my fillings.

The staff here are really nice and helpful, but I gotta warn you—I called ahead to check if they took my insurance and they said yes, but nobody told me I'd have to pay everything upfront and then get reimbursed. Found that out after my exam, a CT scan, and a live model scan. What I thought would just be a copay ended up costing $475. Kinda pointless since I can't afford to pay all that upfront for the rest of the treatment. Just wish they'd been upfront about the payment process.

Had a front tooth veneer break and didn't know where to go. Then I found Dr. Awaad. He replaced it with what looks like a really elegant veneer, but it's actually a crown that wraps around the back of my tooth nub, holding it firmly. Fit perfectly, matches my other teeth, feels super secure. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Dr. Awaad and staff!

Everyone was super friendly and the doctor didn't give me a hard time about anything. Paid out of pocket and thought the prices were really reasonable. Dr. Awwad is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. Way better than anyone else I've tried. They're efficient and about as painless as it gets. Just had a two-surface filling done and I was in the chair maybe 10 minutes. Front office staff are always super helpful too. Can't recommend this place enough. 100 stars!
