On December 22, at the end of my daughter checkout, the receptionist wasn’t polite. I told her that I need an appointment for me, because I have a toothache and she told me that she doesn't have nothing available until February. I ask her if she could check if other office(Fayetteville, Hopemills) has any available time and she told me that I have to call the clinic. So, I call today and the Spanish lady helps me out. She was very polite. She gave me an appointment for tomorrow, December 30, 2025. I can’t believe that she has the courage to tell me that I have to wait until February or call the other clinics. Saw Dr. O for the first time today—5 months pregnant and in agony with two teeth that need removal after birth. The tech gave me a blanket and held my hand since I came alone. Dr. O was amazing, made me feel seen, and immediately addressed my problem teeth with my OB's clearance.

He infact introduced me to Dr.O and mainly because I was starting a work up of dentures full mouth and he assured me that she would not let me walk out of there with no teeth in my mouth. Every time I bring my children here to have any work done we are greeted with unwavering enthusiasm from the front desk staff. When we get called to the back for our appointments, the ladies always have a smile on their faces. The hygienists explain what they are doing as they are doing so there is no confusion. When the doctors cone in it's the same answering any and all questions without hesitation and with an unwavering understanding of their profession. We have enjoyed our 10 years plus using this dental practice and we wouldn't change it for the world.
