From the moment you walk into this beautiful office to the time you walk out of the office nothing but a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and their expertise is superb. The equipment is high end and makes the exam stress free and most importantly extremely accurate. And the doctor took time to explain what type of procedure was needed and was patient in answering my questions. There was no pressure to make a decision to move forward with my procedure until I am ready.

If you are a transfer patient, look elsewhere. I just moved to a location a few hours away from this practice and was unable to find anyone to treat me closer than Wardell Orthodontics. When I called, the receptionist seemed oddly annoyed before I even said anything, and I understand that we all have difficult days sometimes, but this was off putting.
It seemed like this person just wanted to turn me away. I told this person how long I have been in braces, about 3 years, and they said, "Well why are you still in braces?" I feel this is unprofessional, because every case is different, and 2 years is just the average estimated length of time for everyone.
Then they asked about insurance and said that it was probably maxed out, due to the length of time I have been in braces. I will reiterate, I just moved to this area with a new job, and my dental insurance has not been used.
I was silent for a moment because I was thrown off by the hostility, and the person said, "You should find an orthodontist closer to you, in your area." And I told them to have a nice day and hung up, because I had already explained there is no one near me accepting transfer patients.
Overall terrible experience, and a terrible start to the day. If this is who is representing this practice, then how would the practice treat prospective patients?

Braces off today! I can't say thank you enough to Doctor Wardell and his staff. As an adult getting braces for the first time they process was nothing but amazing. I loved his staff from the front of the office to the ladies that worked on me right beside Doctor Wardell. He was informative, honest and caring. Five stars is not a high enough rating for what he did for me and my overall self confidence. Thank you! Highly recommend! A true professional.

The team all flows nicely, explains each step, the reason for it and made my experience delightful. We’ve had a wonderful experience at Wardell Orthodontics. Dr. Wardell and his staff are friendly, caring, professional and always on time. Their new office procedures to treat patients during COVID-19 are well thought out, and I feel very comfortable having my daughter come in for appointments. We are nearing the end of her treatment, and her teeth look perfect. Looking forward to bringing our next child here in a couple years.
