I get severe anxiety at the dentist, but their therapy dog helps so much during appointments. The staff and doctors are really empathetic and don't talk down to patients. The place is clean and fancy, not clinical at all. They've even fit me in last minute for emergency dental services when I had sudden toothaches—highly recommend!

They have been great since I was little. Was a little annoyed at my visit today when the hygienist left me after asking for a dentist to come over. I enjoy talking to them while waiting on the dentist. Overall a great dentist, and I love the doggie!

Angie, the office manager, keeps everything running smoothly and is always so kind. The place is always clean, and everyone is warm and polite. I've had extensive dental work done throughout my life, and I believe that Warrenton dentistry does some of the finest work. The staff is always so kind, considerate, and honest with how they handle you. When checking out Robin does a great job at making sure you have everything ready for your next appointment. Also the service dogs really are great for any extensive procedure or operation you might have.

Loved this place growing up because Dr. Murray ran it. Such a nice and funny guy. Apparently, he was pushed out by the protege he trained for years, Dr. Childress. I was disappointed when I went back to this business to see he was being sidelined/pushed out for health reasons. Gotta side with Dr. Murray on this one, especially after the experience I will relate to you...
They called me after 16 years of zero dentist visits. They convinced me I was due for a clean. It is important that I mention that I have never had a cavity and always brushed my teeth twice daily. The following clean I received seemed harsh and destructive on my teeth, but I assumed it was normal. 6 months later I was to have another check-up.
6 months later, they found 3 cavities. First cavities in 37 years of my life. I wonder now if these plaque-scraping sessions cause damage and allow cavities to form. During the session, she damaged the nerve in my tongue and that horrible, tingly feeling? IT NEVER WENT AWAY. (The numbness was extreme and covered my entire left face/some of my neck).
The worst part of all is how she reacted when I called to ASK her if this was normal and what I should do. She absolutely yelled at me that I was supposed to call in a prescription of some sort if sensation never back. She absolutely never talked to me about what to do in this event. This was a lie to protect herself when her patient/customer was scared and basically in pain. She ended up sending me to an orthosurgeon who administered nerve stimulation at her expense but it never worked.
I once called her back to ask a follow-up question and I heard her sharply direct her receptionist to tell me that I should not be contacting her about this because the orthosurgeon would be handling everything. Her tone was not nice. Left side of my tongue is still incredibly tingly and doesn't feel like it it a part of my body.
I should have trusted my instincts when I first walked in. Everything is tense.
I love everything about this practice! I am extremely afraid of the dentist and EVERYONE at this practice is wonderful. The check up, the cavities and the crown replacement was done with care and efficiency. Dr. Chase is so engaging and knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job. His dental hygienist Katie is the best. Every time she greets me with a smile and her informative and caring approach made me feel at ease through all my procedures. Another hard worker at this office is the service dog Ginger. Ginger sat in my lap (upon request of course) and deserved a ton of treats for her hard work. Thank you Warrenton Dentistry for helping ease my anxiety of going to the dentist.

We had an amazing visit today from the second we stepped in the door to the minute we left. Our experience with Dr Garris was exceptional as always, but it’s the supporting staff that really makes a difference! (And no I’m not just talking about Ginger and Charlie) Sarah, Taylor and Heather all made our visit super smooth and special in their own way. Highly recommend this office!!

Just finished my appointment for a higher level dental work. Dr. Garris and Becca took good care of me. I had no pain and feel good. Robin checked me out and made sure that everything was good with the insurance and made sure that I had a regular check up on the books. Warrenton Dentistry is always been good to me and my husband. I highly recommend it to anyone especially my family and friends. I always feel cared for as a person by the professionals who work at this office.
