Had an old filling come loose over the weekend. Called Watermark Dental in Columbus and they got me in right away. Dr. Culley checked it out and within 20 minutes I had a new filling—didn't even feel a pinch. Been coming here for a few years now, and honestly, couldn't be happier with their restorative dentistry.

The office staff and hygienist here are amazing, and the location in Columbus is darling and super clean. I generally loved their dental work and felt confident in the dentists' assessments. However, I had a tooth extraction with Dr. Culley and was in a lot of pain afterward. I expressed concerns about pain for the next step, but was told over-the-counter medication would be enough. Ended up needing more. So I'd recommend them for general dentistry and cleanings, but maybe not for oral surgery.

At my last cleaning, Dr. Culley found a small cavity. Went back today to have it filled—super quick, numbed the area, never felt a thing. The only pain was driving across town to see him! I'm 76 and have never been treated by a better dentist. I'll keep recommending him for general dentistry in Columbus.

Great practice. I have a very difficult tooth and the whole staff made a concerted effort to save my tooth. You can just tell that they all care about you and what they do to make sure you get the best care. Highly recommend!
Watermark Dental gets a two thumbs up experience for me! From Shondra at the front desk, to the Dentist.... Dr. Jason Culley, as well as the whole watermark dental team in between, I was very satisfied with how I was treated! The best part was... they did not leave a "water mark" on my new shirt! I thought that was part of the deal!
Not happy at all. Told me to plan 1 hour for a dental appointment. Took 2.5 hours. After numbing me and drilling they changed it from insurance covers all for a filing to we can't fill this and need to do a crown. To we don't have time to do the crown today and by the way it will be $1200. $600 after insurance. My tooth wasn't even bothering me but they said it was necessary to "fix" the tooth. Now they have drilled my tooth down so much and food is getting stuck in between my teeth. I will never go back here again. Will need to go elsewhere to get my tooth fixed. Highly do not recommend
They took molds of my entire mouth and sent me to an oral surgeon to have all of my teeth pulled. Luckily, I called about an insurance issue or I would be toothless without molds to make dentures. The dentist decided that he didn’t want me as a patient but no one bothered to tell me. If it wasn’t for an insurance issue, I wouldn’t have known. The receptionist told me, “We probably shouldn’t have billed this to your insurance because he is not going to do it.” This happened in April 2023.
I immediately wrote a letter requesting a final bill, an explanation of what happened to my molds and an estimate for the cost of my records request. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! Fine by me except for my records. It’s a violation of Federal and State law to withhold records from the patient. HIPAA and Ohio law are clear that patients can request and dentists must provide records to a patient provided the patient pays the statutory fee(s) enumerated in Ohio Revised Code 3701.741, et seq., but six months later, nothing. Do I have to report them to the Dental Board to get them?!?
I have had two second opinions and both dentists looked at the proposed treatment plan Watermark provided and both were flabbergasted. I didn’t need almost all of the procedures listed on the initial plan. Even Dr. Culley asked what the big deal was because my teeth weren’t that bad. Both consults took new X-rays because Watermark wouldn’t even send them to the dentists. My insurance and I paid for the X-rays, but they won’t provide them.
I saw two dentists at Watermark. The first dentist noted approximately $30K in work not including a visit to an endodontist. I asked about dentures or in between measures, but I was told my teeth were too bad for in between measures. It was the first treatment plan or dentures. Both consults said that that was ridiculous.
All of this unprofessional behavior started because I complained about a hygienist. I have an injury. Despite advising the hygienist at my first appointment, she manhandled me and exacerbated my injury on purpose because she had a theory that I was faking. So she repeatedly tested her theory by doing all of the things I asked her to be careful about and waited for me to react. That was bad enough, but then she flat out told me that nothing was wrong with me. That’s why she was so rough because she was trying to prove that I wasn’t hurt. Since 2015, I have seen three board certified orthopedic surgeons, and numerous specialists, but a random dental hygienist knew better after knowing me for half an hour. You can’t imagine my relief!!! I was verbally attacked and I was physically assaulted by a know-it-all employee and when I told Dr. Culley he said, “Thanks for your feedback.” And, I never heard from them again. I understand protecting an employee, but seriously? I went there because of the great reviews. This was not my experience and it continues to be an infuriating experience.
Moved here recently and needed a new dentist in Columbus. Been for a cleaning and filling—all the staff is nice. The office manager checked my insurance super thoroughly, and out-of-pocket costs have been reasonable. Seen both Dr. Culley and Dr. Brown, both great. Highly recommend for general dentistry.

After being at several other practices around central ohio, I found Watermark, Jason Culley and his staff a few years ago. Best decision my family ever made. This group of people not only provide the best dental services anywhere, they are happy, kind and make the whole experience easy. We absolutely love Dr. Culley and his staff of incredible dental professionals.
I have been a patient since he started his practice, everyone is always very friendly and mr Culley specifically is a genuinely nice person. There may be a dentist somewhere who is just as good but it would be hard for me to imagine a better one. The office is clean, bright and welcoming, thank you for being what you are, i tried to give you 5.1 stars but google foiled my efforts.

I do not like to go the dentist. However, the team at Watermark was great. Dr. Dexter took her time and made sure that I understood the many treatment options available to me. She was kind and funny. I was greeted warmly at the front desk by Cindi and taken in the back by Terry. Both were very kind and relaxed. Did I mention this office building has some of the best sculpture art in Columbus? Dr. Culley is great, I have not been to the dentist in awhile and he was very understand and he was able to get me in quickly. I had broken a tooth over the weekend and the entire experience was great.

Great experience every time I go! Since moving to Columbus, I’ve gone to Watermark Dental 3 times for appointments and have had an excellent experience every time. They can always schedule an appointment quickly and usually at the time I need to come in, and the appointments are efficient. Never any long waits to see the dentist. Everyone who works there is super friendly and does a great job. I’ve already recommended Watermark Dental to several friends in Columbus and I’ll continue recommending them!!
