Went to this clinic for a second opinion and I’m really glad I did. Dr Chan was straight forward with my condition and while she advised treatment she wasn’t pushy with her services. I did move forward with two fillings, a root canal and a crown. Everyone talks about how horrible root canals are but Dr Chan has a very gentle touch and she made every appointment feel like a breeze. Efficient and clean clinic, I’m very happy with the results.

I like this clinic. It was my first time to do the implant in this morning, I was so nervous and scared before I did surgery! Fortunately, the dentist and other assistants were very nice and helpful. I didn’t feel any pain during the process, and it didn’t take a long time as well. It was a good experience. Im so excited and looking forward to my whole implant~
I've gotten several crowns done here in Chicago, IL, and I'd recommend this place for the price and convenience. It only takes one day to make my crowns, though I had to come twice in one day for it. But for the most part, the procedure each time is super quick and they call me if they finish making the crown early. Makes cosmetic dentistry in Chicago way less stressful.

It was an amazing experience! I suddenly have a very painful tooth, ready to make an appointment for tooth extraction, although I am very afraid! However, Dr. Chan told me that I only need to do nerve killing! Oh, great! I saved my tooth! It was a long process, but it didn't hurt at all, and Dr. Chan was very gentle! It really didn't hurt at all! It takes me three visits to get my braces! My braces are good too, almost the same color as my own teeth, which is amazing! I don't understand, but you can get braces in a day. It's much better than waiting for a long time before! I am very happy and grateful! Hope they get better!
Exceptional service! My family has been coming here for years. When I broke my front tooth, Dr. Chan recommended I have an implant done. It looks and works great. Dr. Chan is extremely professional and the staff is friendly. The front desk is always busy but very efficient and helpful. The office is very clean and high-tech. Highly recommend.
I went into the clinic for a tooth pain emergency, the front desk was super friendly and they were able to fit me in the same day. I went in for an exam, they took x-ray, and then numb me and quickly extracted my wisdom tooth. It was super fast which Dr. Chan has such a gentle hand that by the time I knew it she was done. Best part is that I wasn't in pain. Definitely making this my come to dental office!
Great service and at a fair price! Hygienists are knowledgeable and do the cleaning very thoroughly and gently. They sterilize and disinfect everything before and after each patient. I had a crown done after a root canal. Dr. Chan scanned my teeth in the morning and I came back that afternoon for a beautiful new tooth. Will definitely be returning to this clinic.
Ms. Jamilya did a wonderful job today with my teeth whitening procedure in Chicago, IL. Attached 3 images below—first is before, other two are after. Their new whitening technology was painless and great for sensitive teeth. Ms. Jamilya is both meticulous and patient. Also, the cost was very reasonable since it includes an in-office procedure plus a take-home kit. Been to different dental offices and they tend to overcharge, but not here for teeth whitening in Chicago.

Following Covid, this clinic in Chicago, IL has been exceptional with health guidelines. They sanitize thoroughly after every patient by wiping down every surface and recently installed an air purifying system. Plus, all staff wear two layers of masks and have a face shield when working with patients. Makes me feel safe for dental implants and other procedures in Chicago.

Dr. Chan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She truly wants the best for you and your teeth. I've been going to her for a couple of years and she's the best and way better than the other ones in Chinatown. She's fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese. The dental hygienist is very professional as well. Though I feel like the receptionists aren't too great at English, they still provide friendly service.
I have been with this Dr. Helen Chan for over 15 years at the location. Dr. Chan is super sincere and a professional dentist. She always takes good care of me an makes me feel very comfortable. The hygienists there are all professional, and Annie & Rebecca are my favorite. The staff members are very helpful to get everything runs well. Highly recommend!
