Had a wonderful experience at Western Dental & Orthodontics Kids in South Gate! The dental assistant Marylin and Dr. Martinez were amazing. Marylin was super friendly, respectful, and really knew her stuff. They're great with kids, especially when they're anxious or scared. Marylin and Claudia work together so well, always helping each other out during my kids' appointments. Yeah, there was a bit of a wait, but totally worth it. Highly recommend this place for pediatric dentistry!

Honestly, this dental office is one of the worst I've been to. They never respect appointment times—kept me waiting for hours and hours, and still didn't see me even though I had an appointment. Customer service is terrible, and the treatment results were really poor. Would not recommend for any dental services, especially emergency dental care.

I took my children to western dental my children got treated well its was very clean every one was very nice and especially our assistant gabby she was wonderful always had a smile i recommend to ask for her wonderful place😀

Had a last-minute emergency with my braces and they said since I was a walk-in it would take a while. Honestly, I waited no more than 10 minutes and was called in. Amber helped me fix the problem before my Vegas trip, and I even had time to change my color! Super quick and friendly service for orthodontics.

Dentists usually give me so much anxiety, but not here. I went in for a dental procedure and Gaby explained everything and put me at ease. Trust me, everything came out perfect. Great for anyone needing oral surgery or extractions without the stress.

Before coming here, my child was a patient with a different dentist straight out of dental school who misdiagnosed my child's teeth on several occasions. My child is autistic and we can't afford to be seen by inexperienced dentists as it only aggravates her autism. I'm so happy we found this location because they are very experienced, patient and always happy to answer our questions. My daughter isn't scared to come here because they're gentle and patient with her. Yes, they get very busy here, but that's because they're in demand for their professional services. I highly recommend.

Went to this location with my siblings, and honestly, it was disappointing. Staff wasn't friendly or welcoming when we arrived. There was confusion about the forms—they insisted only my mom could sign, causing delays. We had to get our dad to sign instead, which was frustrating. The walls near the waiting chairs looked dirty, and they seem to overbook appointments. Not a great experience for dental care.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience with the braces department.They were so patient and kind with my child, who was initially nervous about getting braces. The assistant Addy explained everything in a way my child could understand and made the whole process super easy. She answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Western Dental in South Gate has excellent service every time. The front staff are always friendly, smiling, and respectful. Manuel the x-ray tech is super friendly, and Nancy was very polite. The doctors are patient and friendly too. I moved my son from a dentist in Bell because they always wanted to tie him down even when he was cooperative. Here, no issues. Highly recommend for kids' dental care!

We absolutely love this dental office! From the moment we walk in, the staff is welcoming, friendly, and patient with my kids. The office is bright, clean, and designed to make children feel comfortable and at ease.
