Always had severe anxiety about dentists, but Dr. Whatley in Abbeville was very understanding, patient, and gentle with me. I had two extractions today with two more to come, and he took his time explaining everything to a T while talking me through the anxiety. The office staff was polite and professional too. Would recommend them to anyone in AL needing dental work like crowns or extractions.

I cannot overstate how impressed I am with this dental office. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone is so kind and helpful… procedures are explained in thorough detail. Both the hygienist and dentist check in at every step to make sure you’re comfortable and not experiencing any pain. Dr. Whatley is personable and makes you feel at ease during your dental work. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled and he kept checking on me as he was working to make sure I was ok and not in pain. He also tells you what he is doing as he is doing it. He is a great dentist for people who may have anxiety about going to the dentist. I had an appointment for an exam and x-ray, but when my face and jaw started hurting I called them to see if I could get in sooner. They got me in the next day and put me on antibiotics. Highly recommend.
