Honestly, getting my crown replacement done at Wheaton Prairie Dental here in Wheaton, IL was such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel comfortable and cared for. The front desk was super welcoming and organized, and Dr. Balaney and his hygienists took time to explain everything step by step. His attention to detail was amazing—the new crown looks and feels perfect, way better than I expected. The dental assistants were also so kind and attentive. This was my first visit at Wheaton Prairie Dental. My hygienist was so nice, really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I really like Dr Balaney. He was really easy to talk to and took time to explain all my questions. I would highly recommend.

In addition to doing a great job with the standard teeth cleaning, Maureen translated complex dental concepts into easy to understand language while leading me through x-rays and pictures of my teeth while answering any question I had. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Balaney is one of the best Dentists I have experienced over all my years. Very gentle and goes the extra mile to ensure the best outcome. Had my first appointment with Wheaton Prairie Dental. The experience was unlike any other dentist office visit I've ever had. Their staff and Dr. Colella went out of their way to explain every aspect and before and after each step asked if I had any questions. Their compassion and professionalize merged delivering a calming and healing environment. When checking out at reception, I was given a complete explanation of how my insurance paid for the visit. I was then given a printout showing exactly how my insurance worked and what benefits were still available for the year. Heard good things about their practice and am glad to report they are better than the best reviews.

He's replacing the old silver fillings on my molars and I love the end result. The cleanings and other services they provide are excellent, they have gentle hands and lots of patience, they take their time working on you, I've never felt rushed. The customer service the girls at the front desk provide is amazing. I recommend this office 100%!

The visit was very thorough from the explanation of the bill to the X-rays, overall health evaluation, cancer screening and consultation. I left the office feeling well informed and in good hands going forward. Just went to Wheaton Prairie Dental today and I am so pleased! The atmosphere of the office and staff is great. The hygienist Lindsey was amazing. She was so gentle that I was shocked I even got a cleaning! If your one who dreads a painful visit than this is your place. The office staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Colella was patient, friendly and great with his work. I was impressed when he made sure I understood all the information he was giving me about my exam. I was also impressed with how detailed the first exam is. They explain everything to you while giving such a thorough exam. I am very happy to go back and tell others to go.
