Only my second visit, but I already feel no judgment here. My teeth were worse than I thought—needing a lot of work like fillings and more. But during the first round, they were patient and explained everything. The guy doing the fillings was shocked at the treatment plan, but hey, so was I. Everyone's nice and willing to work with you. Plus, they let me watch Lord of the Rings while they worked!

Been seeing Dr. Julie for about 10 years now, and I've got nothing but good things to say. The staff is kind and well-trained, the office is clean, and they even have a drink bar with mocktails. Simply the BEST! Dr Julie is so smart and kind and Jerry is fun! They give you sunglasses and the TV remote. I just had 2 fillings and it was no big deal. It's hard to find a good dentist and I am so happy I found Whispering Pines :)

The Dr and staff are nice. However, the administration (Wendy) is awful! I have never encountered such terrible billing in my life. It took us a year to get our bill straightened out because she kept sending it to the wrong insurance. After I repeatedly gave her the correct info and our insurance company talked to her too she still got it wrong. We will never go back!
I give Dr. Corbin and her team 5 stars for excellent work on my teeth. I've had regular visits and more than a few procedures and they have always done a wonderful job. I'm happy to recommend Whispering Pines!
I really hate the dentist, but I went in today because I had a filling fall out and I was in a lot of pain. Everyone was very friendly, from the receptionist who signed me in, to the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, to Dr. Corbin. They asked me numerous times how I was feeling, and explained everything they were doing. My previous dentist didn't include me in any treatment plan, but Dr. Corbin amd her staff helped me understand my options for treatment, and put me at ease about my pain. Now I am not dreading my next appointment.
Had a problem with 2 teeth. After a year of a sedative filling on one tooth, and a root canal on another, I was still experiencing problems. My daughters are patients of Dr. Corbin. My daughter suggested I see Dr. Corbin for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Corbin sent me to a endodontist specialist for a 3rd opinion. He told me Dr. Corbin could handle the problem which was getting a permanent filling and replacing an old one on a 3rd tooth! This started the first week of February. Kim in the front office made my appointment. After she realized I had not had a root canal this year by my previous dentist, I was told she had to cancel my appointment while she submitted an estimate to my insurance company to see what they would pay. She said she had "assumed" I already had a root canal this year. Why, I have no idea. She said it would take 2-3 weeks. This was the first week of March. Today, April 28th, I received a call from Kim saying they just got the estimate back from my insurance. I received the same copy in mail from my insurance dated March 25th!! I had called 3-4 weeks ago, at least, saying something had gone bad with the tooth and was in pain. She stated nobody could help me. I went to another dentist the following day and all my problems have been taken care of no thanks to Kim or Courtney at Whispering Pines. Dr. Corbin was extremely nice when I met her, but I believe she has no idea what really goes on in the front office. I would not recommend this dentist. They are also extremely high priced! You do get bottled water though, while waiting! I'm sure the office staff is very professional, but when you happen to be a new patient with and in pain, this is not the place to call.
Never enjoyed going to the dentist until I was referred to Whispering Pines in Lorain. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and personable—they make you feel right at home. The equipment is top-notch, and hygienists explain everything. You can even see your X-rays on a TV. Every visit I learn something new about my teeth. 110% recommend!

It has been over a year since visiting with a dentist, and I was a little apprehensive since my family dentist of 26 yrs retired. I tried out another dentist prior to my visit and was turned off by calculating & methodical interactions, not to mention, being charged twice! From the receptionist, dental hygienist, and Dr. Corbin, they were warm, friendly, and genuine. They explained the procedures, and why it was important to get a tooth filled prior to feeling pain. The receptionist was able to fit me on the schedule immediately. Health insurance coverage can be overwhelming! Throughout the visit, the staff looked into my plan to verify whether certain procedures were covered. The filling process was equally easy and everything was thoroughly explained. Best of all, quick and painless! The facility is clean and waiting lobby pleasant! There are magazines, TVs, and even complimentary coffee/hot chocolate. I have already recommended several people to Dr. Corbin. I have finally found my dentist!!
Seriously... I'd rather give birth, than go to the dentist! But, Dr. Corbin and her staff make it much easier for me to handle the nervousness (I hope that's a word...) They put you at ease the moment you walk through that door. Dr. Corbin's work is amazing and her team is nothing short of superior. I'm so happy my family of 5 has FINALLY found a dentist we can grow with through the years. I would HIGHLY recommend Whispering Pines Dental to all, especially those that are scaredy cat's such as myself.
I think Whispering Pines & Dr. Corbin have re-imagined what a "Visit to the Dentist" is and should be. Before them, I was always nervous and not looking forward to the painful prodding and institution-like atmosphere, but after my first visit here, I felt like I had just visited a couple friends and left feeling so relieved. The place is very friendly and inviting, but it is the people that make the "Whispering Pines experience". From the heart felt greetings from the front desk to the easy conversations with the hygienist and Dr. Corbin. My latest visit involved a needle and with them I felt like they understood and put at ease my extreme dislike of needles. Piece of cake.
I love the personal attention and even the text messaging service that reminds me of my next appt! I'm still sitting here saying, "Where's the catch?"
I would recommend this place to anyone and would probably insist that you go. This place puts all the others to shame. I'm still working on my parents to switch. They are just that good. Just one visit is all it takes.
