We requested NO fluoride more than once. I was told this one has hydroxyapatite.. they straight up lied to my face. My own kids know to question and still they paint this stuff of my kids teeth because they somehow know better than THE CHILDS PARENT. I want to add I received a call today from White Smiles telling me that if we want to stay patients I would need to delete my review. I declined and they canceled my daughter’s appointment for Monday. This to me is so unethical. She admitted that the stuff they do use does in fact has fluoride and that the supplier didn’t let them know this. I will say we were patients at the albertville location for many years and never experienced this type of abuse.
