I'm not even a regular patient, but they fit me in on a Friday afternoon for an emergency when my own dentist was out. The guy at the front desk and the assistant were both really friendly. The assistant even related to my dental anxiety and said Dr. Fischer had taken good care of her. He was just as calm and gentle as she described—explained everything about my damaged tooth. Even though I'm not looking forward to the work, I felt well cared for.

Switched to Dr. Fischer after my old dentist left the state. For me, it's important to be part of the treatment plan discussion, not just told what to do. I had a concern and asked for a bump on the back of my gum line on bottom jaw be evaluated. It was determined I had a suspected infection and provided antibiotics prescription to be followed up as necessary...
Clean office, friendly staff. I arrived an hour early and they were able to get me in and out prior to my actual appointment time.
Second visit for a teeth cleaning—hygienist was amazing! Ended up needing a crown too, and the dentist and assistant did a wonderful job. That says a lot because I've never been a fan of going to the dentist. Definitely five stars for this crew in Lincoln.

Needed to find a new dentist in Lincoln, and my first appointment here was great. The hygienist was super nice and even gave me tips on flossing with a permanent retainer. The dentist popped in for a quick check but that was fine—I love fast service! Definitely coming back for my next cleaning.

My experience here was horrible and I felt the atmosphere was unprofessional, the office itself was dirty and unsanitary. I never returned to have the work finished because it was such an uncomfortable environment especially for someone prone to infections. They did not properly explain cost or what insurance would cover upfront and they need to train their office staff better in this regard. There are plenty of dentists in town, find one who is respectful, compassionate, and knows how to communicate properly.
I came to this location after another Willamsburg dental location (northeast cotner) failed to make a referral to a dental surgeon after they said they would. This location ( village drive) didn’t quote or explain out of pocket costs upfront other than my insurance would only cover the root canals and caps for two. After this location (Dr Sudman ) started the work they realized I had another cap in the last 365 days ( also preformed by sudman) so Insurance would only cover 1 cap and I would need to pay for the other upfront out of pocket before they would finish the work they had already started.
I noticed during the first appointment at this location ( village drive) the adjustable overhead dental light was dirty and had splatter from a previous patient and appeared to have black mold on the inner casing of the light. When I notified sudman’s dental assistant at the second appointment he acknowledged the issue and did nothing to clean it.
Sudmans demeanor was different towards me than at appointments I had previous to Williamsburgs failing to a make simple referral. Bluntly they were much more aggressive with dental tools and how they were stretching / manipulating my lips and mouth open. I notified them I have arthritis in my spine and multiple other joints ( ankylosing spondylitis as well as cervical stenosis ) and it was difficult to sit for extended periods and painful to lay flat. They had the dental chair reclined to almost flat position ( he had not done this at previous appointments).. My hands were numb by the end of each appointment from this position and sitting stationary too long.
The only positive thing I have to say about him is the Metallica posters he has on the walls are pretty cool… but probably not the most appropriate or professional in this setting
I experienced a dental emergency and they took me in without an appointment. The care was compassionate and friendly. And the outcome was amazing.
It made me ponder those mythical good old days where the corner store shop owner/grocer/doctor/dentist knew everyone in town by name and customer service was always about going above and beyond.
I called in as a new patient and they got me in the very same day! The front desk staff was so helpful and really nice! My Hygienist was super sweet and took great care of me! The dentist I saw took the time to answer all my questions and helped me feel comfortable. I really liked the whole office! I'm glad I switched!
