My Husband and I have been patients here since our Dentist retired. I really liked our old Dentist and were hoping this dentist would be good too. This is a wonderful Dental office. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our grandson needed lots of dental work on his teeth, a mean alot. They all were wonderful to him. Him really loves this office too. I'm so glad the Dentist is young, which means we will have him for a long long time.

But the best part is the dental assistants—they remember us every time and always catch up. That's hard to find. They're also very knowledgeable and do great work. Since going to Williamsburg Dental, I've only had positive experiences. Dr Gessford has been great about explaining options and has a gentle touch - even with root canal work. The staff always ensures there is a plan of care in place, will provide a cost estimate of upcoming work, and are understanding when finances are a barrier. I've referred a co-worker to Williamsburg because she was looking for someone who would not pressure her about work that she felt was unnecessary. This is a great office and I would recommend them for the service and caring
I really like Williamsburg Dental. Our family has finally found a dentist we don't dread going to see. Everyone in the office is kind and keeps you informed. Our kids actually like going to the dentist. They are proactive and put you on the right track to taking care of your teeth and gums!
The office is very clean, all staff is friendly, smiles and ready to assist the patients. Always a pleasant experience for a dental visit! They always explain the procedures before anything is done. I would recommend them for the whole family. The office is very good at handling emergencies and getting people in when tooth pain is too extreme. They really help if you need a break during a long procedure. I use Dr. Beddes and he is amazing!! I absolutely LOVE Williamsburg Dental!! Dr Gessford truly has your best interest in mind. He is very personable. All the dental hygienists are very nice and knowledgeable. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but Williamsburg Dental has changed my mind!! I highly recommend them!
Our family uses Dr. Gessford and we really like him and the services he provides. His Hygienist and Dental Technicians are very professional and wonderful to work with. I would have rated it 5 stars, but my family and I always feel that when you walk in, it seems like we are bothering the receptionist and when you check out and have to schedule a follow-up the customer service is so impersonal, again, like you are bothering them. We almost changed our dentist because how we feel when we arrive at the office and when we leave the office.

I was told about Williamsburg Dental by a friend at work. So I decided to give them a try. They have been my dentist ever since.
They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff and doctors who make going to the dentist a low stress visit. I have periodontal disease that requires quarterly visits. After going to Williamsburg, I have seen great improvement in my condition.
Their prices are very reasonable if you don't carry dental insurance and are flexible if you can't make your appointment.

I love Williamsburg Dental! They're much gentler than my last dentist but still really effective. The office staff is friendly and detail-oriented, and the hygienists are wonderful. Sounds crazy, but I actually hate waiting six months between cleanings because they do such a great job!
