Been going to Dr. Parnagian since 1988 when he opened his first place near the old Pathmark in West Babylon. Still see him today in Lindenhurst. Got a couple fillings done recently—I'm one of those high-anxiety patients, but he's so reassuring. Takes time to answer questions and is honest. If he can't get the best result, he won't take your money for a subpar job. He's fully capable and I trust him completely.

Had an appointment in Lindenhurst because the Freeport office couldn't fit me in after they cancelled my 3-month-out appointment when their dentist left. While waiting, I overheard Dr. Parnagian ask staff in an irate voice, "What do you know about the patient from Freeport?" and then "Well, what does she want me to do for her?" I told the receptionist I wouldn't be needing his services anymore.

Wasn't happy with the dentures he made and he refused to fix them. Went to another dentist and they were able to get me new dentures that actually fit.

I've always had a good experience here. They did a bridge on my front teeth and it looks amazing—and it wasn't crazy expensive since I paid out of pocket. I own a business so sometimes I forget appointments, but even with a cancellation fee they never charged me and were really understanding. Never felt yelled at or disrespected. I'm not saying others are lying, but my experience has been totally different.

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! Walked in as a new patient. Dr. Parnagian barely looked at my recent X-rays and rudely told me my teeth were horrible. He sarcastically asked the assistant (who had an accent) to look at the X-rays, acted like I wasn't there, then left nastily and yelled across the front desk "come here now" at the assistant. Totally unprofessional.

After reading these reviews, I will NOT use him as my dentist. Who yells at staff like that and embarrasses them? And telling someone their teeth are horrible? He's supposed to be fixing teeth, not making people feel bad. Hope they put him out of business—that's not a good patient-doctor relationship.

Been coming here for years but I'll never go back. I stopped by to ask about a specific tooth, even though I hadn't been in a few years. In the middle of talking, David Parnagian came over and started yelling at me. He was really nasty and it was totally uncalled for. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair, and I just can't believe how I was treated. Never again.
