Brought my son in for a consultation. Another dentist said he had 8 cavities, but Dr. Ann recommended treating only 2 since the others were just decalcified. She explained everything on the x-rays and taught my son how to prevent cavities. I also had sensitivity issues that my previous dentist dismissed, but Dr. Nguyen took the time to help. So grateful for her honesty.

I went to Dr Nguyen for an exam and a cleaning. She did my cavities and it was fine. She told me I needed a crown because I had a crack on my teeth but I wanted a second opinion so I went to fourth options all said I didn’t need a crown. Till this day If I go to a different Dr I always ask about it. I do miss the laser cleaning but I never returned because I felt they just wanted my money.

Be careful with this dentist. Dr. Nguyen suggested two expensive invasive treatments that weren't necessary. She said my teeth were dead and recommended extraction and implants. I got a second opinion from two other dentists, and they both found my teeth are alive with nerve reactions. Glad I didn't go through with it.

So my friend had a toothache so I referred her to Dr Nguyen’s office, knowing what a great reputation this office has. My friend calls the office and could not believe how professional,accommodating and friendly the front office was. They were able to get her an appointment immediately and not only that but they emailed her the new patient forms that she was able to fill out online and submit. When she arrived, she was greeted with smiles and taken back to be seen without any waiting what so ever even though the office was very busy and full of patients. My friend told me that Dr Nguyen was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly dentist who was able to address her toothache. She now is a patient for life at Dr Ann Nguyen’s office.

Where do I rate 10 stars? Let me start from the beginning. My previous dentist carelessly struck a nerve while performing a routine filling. This resulted in restricted blood flow to the affected tooth, and subsequently, inordinate levels of pain. When I returned to follow up, he dismissed my concerns and penciled me in for a root canal procedure, this not only exacerbated my discomfort, but also instilled a sense of mistrust in his ethics.
In light of this, I sought out the advice of a trusted friend, who recommended Dr. Nguyen. Her staff was helpful in securing an appointment for me at the earliest possible convenience and I filled out my info with a link sent via text, the process was easy and efficient. As a busy mom with a FT job, I absolutely appreciated that I didn't have to be put on hold and jump through hoops just to make an appt. If you're like me, rest assured, her team got you covered. The office itself was immaculate and modern, and the temperature was not ice cold like some doctors offices tend to be, which was lovely and helped me relax.
Upon meeting Dr. Nguyen, I was immediately struck by her professionalism and attention to detail. She took the time to fully understand my concerns and was patient and informative throughout the consultation process. She did not criticize my previous dentist or his work (which would've been easy to do) instead, she explained what needed to be done in a manner that was easy to understand and walked me through each step before she started working on my tooth. Dr. Nguyen took her time, thoroughly ensuring I was comfortable during the procedure. I was able to enjoy dinner that evening and slept through the night, pain free!
In addition, the checkout process was seamless and a breeze with apple pay. To say that I am impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by Dr. Nguyen and her team would be a gross understatement. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.

I want to thank Dr. Nguyen and her staff for everything they’ve done for me. I’m so glad I switched dental offices because Dr. Nguyen doesn’t sugar coat, she will let you know what’s wrong with your teeth and what needs to be done ASAP. I had a dental emergency that happened at night and she responded quickly even when it was after hours. That showed me she truly cares for her patients, and what was also nice she got me in the next morning. Her staff are always pleasant and professional. I had many unpleasant dental visits in the past which caused me to be nervous whenever I see a dentist. A friend of mine recommended Woodbridge Dentistry, and I am extremely glad that I found Dr. Ann. I had an appointment for tooth filling and deep cleaning. Both Dr. Ann and Edith (the hygienist) was gentle, knowledgeable and professional. The front staff and the back staff were friendly and helpful as well. I did not have to wait 30-45 minutes like the dental offices I visited in the past. I arrived for my appointment, and the staff immediately took care of me. Both Dr. Ann and the hygienist did not rush through the procedures. They made sure that I am okay and explained to me throughout the procedures. Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist I have ever had, hands down. She is gentle, thorough and thoughtful. She has excellent bedside manner and always makes me feel at ease, even when I'm nervous about having work done.
I normally put off going to the dentist because it makes me nervous, but it is easy for me to keep up with my appointments when I am seeing Dr. Nguyen because she makes the experience so comfortable.
I recently moved to the Bay Area and Dr. Nguyen's office is one of the things I miss about OC. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially those who are nervous about the dentist.

I have to honestly say that as a new patient I am always skeptical, but everyone at Woodbridge Dentistry made me feel so welcome. The staff is warm and inviting, no one is rushing you, and DDS Nguyen took her time even when the office was busy. She didn’t push procedures, and just laid out what she saw as anything urgent, to anything more cosmetic. Great experience with my deep cleaning as well. Edith Tapia was amazing and again took her time to make sure I left feeling better than when I arrived. All in all, 5 stars for a fantastic office. Highly recommended.

I have had an incredible amount of dental work done since I was a kid, but have never felt safer and more reassured with every step that I take with Dr. Nguyen and her amazing staff! I cannot say enough about the level of personal care, advice, treatment and respect I receive at each visit, and refer others to her without hesitation. I have been a longtime patient and grateful she has been there for me even in emergency situation's.
I had been going to the same dentist for years, but recently had to switch because of insurance. I had a bad experience before when I had switched dentists so I was very nervous about my first appointment. I have to say, I had nothing to worry about! First of all, April at the front is extremely nice and helpful. Not only did she go above and beyond to make sure all my insurance went through before coming in, she had me fill out my paperwork online prior so I could be in and out and get to work. Then, Edith took me back to get my cleaning. I have never experienced a cleaning like this before. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she did as she was doing it. I felt like she took a good amount of time making sure all the surfaces of my mouth were clean. Also, usually the cleaning tends to hurt, she was so gentle that it did not hurt one bit. Then Dr. Nguyen came in and explained everything about my teeth and any concerns she may have seen. She was very nice, trustworthy, and straight forward. Great experience and I will for sure be referring the rest of my family!
