Been seeing Dr. Zohra for about nine months now, and she's been amazing from day one. I told her about my panic attacks with cotton balls, and she was super accommodating—made the whole experience calm and comfortable. Honestly, it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep a couple times, which never happens to me at the dentist! I even made my wife come here, and Dr. Zohra has taken great care of her too. She put together a great dental plan, even when an outside crown maker sent back subpar crowns three times—she handled it professionally with both me and the maker. I understand cancelling my appointment the day of because your employee called out last minute. What I don't understand is telling me it'll be 2 months before you can see me a a result of your unreliable employees. I had a tooth filled that was causing me no pain and ever since Zhorah touched it I have pain like no other. Don't go here!!!

Lately the dentists (Dr Z) and staff are developing a ridiculous money driven approach.
They have mastered themselves into doing this in numerous ways, and hence everyone’s experience is going to be unique. No matter which route you take, it will ultimately dent your wallet.
Few examples from self experience-
1- ordering unnecessary diagnostic tests like x-rays (under preventative clause) and charging insurance companies. Most patients are okay with this not knowing unnecessary radiations are harmful and they don’t care, cos they don’t have to pay. What they need to know is that they can say “No”. According to the ADA, yearly or twice yearly radiographs are recommended and not every 6 months. They use the images to scare you and push you into unwanted therapies. They will provoke things which will cause pain and symptoms.
2- lately they will schedule appointments without your knowledge and confirmation and charge you for no shows. Complete unilateral decision making.
I understand times are tough and challenging, but there are many valid ways of making money, as opposed to making a living of peoples fear and pain by intimidating them.
I've been going to Dr. Zohra for some years now and the service has been nothing but excellent until yesterday. I chipped my front tooth and I called last week for an appointment, and the next available was not until Oct or Nov. I accepted the appointment and was placed on the cancellation list. I received a text on Sunday evening letting me know there was a cancellation for yesterday @ 10:30 could I attend. I replied yes I can attend. Then I received another text stating the 10:30 had been taken, could I come at 11:00 I replied yes. Monday morning I received a call @ 9:52am from the front desk letting me know there was a cancellation and could I come, I advised her yes. I left work @ 9:57am in route to the office. When I got there I signed in and waiting until I was called. I did not get to the back until 11:05am which was my original time scheduled. Took Xray of my front tooth, and was advise Dr. Zohra would be in shortly. As time is going past I called my supervisor to let her know I would be back to work as soon as possible still at the dentist office. Dr. Zohra and her assistant came in the room she looked at my tooth and said she would not be able to fix my tooth because it takes about 45 minutes and that's going into her staff lunch hour. So me sitting in the chair looking real confused at this moment, because fixing my tooth is the reason for my appointment. Her assistant saw the frustration in my faced and asked what was wrong. I said I was called off my job to get this tooth fixed by the front desk, and now it cannot be fixed. The next statement came from Dr. Zohra, is what prompted me to do a review. "I will see you next time", and walked out of the room. Next time is the original appointment which is in Oct, Nov. I have to walk around with this chipped tooth until then. Looking for a NEW Dentist!
I have been coming to see Dr.Z for almost five years now and have always had as pleasant of experience as one can have at a dentist. Her staff is phenomenal and Dr.Z is quick and efficient, which is what I need in a dentist. I broke a tooth on Saturday, her admin, Candra, got in touch with me Sunday and my tooth was fixed by Monday afternoon. You cant ask for better customer service and the girls up front are always awesome!
I dislike going to the dentist with a passion. That being said, Dr. Zohra and her amazing staff has changed this for me. The staff is friendly and courteous and Dr Zohra's chairside manner makes visiting the dentist a whole new experience. 10/10 would recommend.
Dr. Zohra is the best dentist! Great dental work and no pain! I was really scared about getting my teeth worked on, and she noticed and was so kind and caring. She did everything to make me comfortable. The hygienist is great too. Everyone is kind and friendly from the moment you walk in. They really care about you and your teeth!

During her exam Zohra made an amazing comment about a crown being broken and I explained that I thought that I had broken off the Sunday.
She said that the VA hadn't mentioned fixing crowns but she would do her best to fix it ASAP. She said that she would contact me if there was a cancelation or if I hadn't heard from her office in two (2) weeks I should call them.
Zohra and the team showed comment, respect, excellent and a we care attitude.

Appointments are scheduled by a friendly staff and all the dental assistants are knowledgeable. The whole team is focused on making my experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this dentist! She is The Best!
I ♥️ Dr. Zohra and her staff! Everyone was focused on making sure that I was being taken care of. This was the least painful dental visit in my life. It felt good be in a practice where their focus was the actual patient. One of the assistants had a migraine but still kicked butt in all areas of service! I have been going to a dentist since childhood and I have had several dentists since my childhood pediatrician, Dr. Philip Miller, whom was Wonderful! Unfortunately, as an adult my luck has not been so great until I started going to Dr. Zohra. The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Zohra is a phenomenal dentist. She really cares and it shows. If you have an emergency she will make accommodations to get you in. It has been a very pleasurable experience. I highly recommend Dr. Zohra
