Dr. Zakhor went above and beyond to fix a complex issue during the holidays—even brought me back for a second visit with his whole team to make sure everything was done right. It's rare to find a dentist who cares enough to follow up like that. I'm finishing a specialized procedure out of country, but Dr. Zakhor and his elite team will definitely be my ongoing providers in California. His skill and personality—highly conscientious yet humble—along with the rest of the staff, made a stressful situation much easier. Couldn't ask for better care in Beverly Hills.

Had five dental implants done here, and every single one has been perfectly successful with no issues. Dr. Nam is super skilled and professional, and I'm very satisfied with his work. Excellent job from start to finish yesterday! Had major oral surgery—wisdom teeth removal, I think. Shout out to the front desk, Dr. Raffi, Cat, Nelly, Angie, the guy who took my x-rays, the doctor who put my temps in after surgery, and my beloved Erik for driving me. Prices are reasonable, payment options available, clean and nice facility. No issue with parking, Starbucks close by. Good instructions after surgery, meds called in. I live in Long Beach and had no problem getting to Downey. Worth it. Thank you!

I had Dr Zakhor Save a tooth that other Dentists said it's beyond saving. and extraction was the only choice. Not only I got to save the tooth, the replacement crown helped with my biting alignment. Thanks to Dr Zakhor and his staff.
Extremely low quality! Do not get excited with false advertisement. You can get the same deal for cheaper price. Overall not happy. The dentist just wants to get the job done without paying enough attention. I felt like the whole consultation was rushed. Overall just avoid!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this office. I scheduled what I believed was a standard appointment, only to be informed after a brief consultation that there would be a $500 “after-hours emergency” fee—something that was never disclosed in advance during the call, in the intake paperwork I was given, or at the time of booking.
After I declined further service, I reviewed the financial policy I had saved from the day after the visit, which made no mention of any after-hours charge. The office later submitted a different version of this document—dated a week later—which did include the fee. This raised serious concerns for me about transparency and documentation practices.
To make matters worse, their business is listed as “Open 24 hours” on Google, which only added to the confusion. I was willing to pay for the consultation itself and asked for it to be submitted to my insurance, but the surprise $500 charge with no prior disclosure was not acceptable.
Patients deserve clear communication, upfront pricing, and consistency in documentation. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.
Dr. Zakhor and his entire team are the best of the best. I would drive or fly just to reschedule an appointment to see them—they're like family to me now. I had all my upper and lower teeth completely redone with dental implants and cosmetic dentistry, and I look so much better with my new white teeth. I love to smile 24/7 now. This was my retirement present to myself, and I wanted nothing but the best. Dr. Zakhor and his team took good care of me. I will recommend them to all family and friends. They are very attentive to our needs and it is always easy to reschedule our appointments if needed. Our dental health is always their priority here so we very well taken care of. I had an incredible experience at this practice! Needed emergency dental service, and out of all the dental offices in LA, Zakhor Dental Group was the only one that got back to me immediately and accommodated my needs right away. Upon arrival, greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff that made me feel comfortable. Office was clean and spacious. What I enjoyed most was the feeling of privacy during my treatment—I had a corner room with plenty of space, well lit with natural sunlight, and the chairs were large and comfortable.
