The dentist who pulled my tooth out was the most inconsiderate , unprofessional ignorant of whom I’ve ever met. She was very rude when pulling my tooth out more concerned about her fingers getting(When she could’ve simply put a chop lock in there) rather than the pain of which I was experiencing because she kept hitting a nerve. She was very disturbed that she had to keep giving me medicine to known my tooth while she was rolling her eyes to her assistant and I watched that very clearly. I would not go to this place if there was no other place on earth trust me you will be very very dissatisfied This all happened on March 2 don’t go I can’t give you my true definitions on here I don’t think they would allow me to put it up what my real thoughts of her was. She needs to go back to where she came from.

Loved this office until a recent situation. A family member was advised to remove all teeth for dentures, but after surgery we were told dentures weren't safe due to health issues. Felt misled. We were sent to Temple instead. Really upset about the lack of full disclosure.

Just went for a checkup on some broken teeth. Staff was friendly, appointment was easy to schedule. The doctor was personable and answered all my questions. Can't speak for major procedures, but for a checkup, no complaints.

Was very noisy. I was scheduled at the Willow Grove office and I saw a call Came in from them while I was on another call. However, they did not leave a message so when I got to the office in Willow Grove, there was a sign on the door that said I had to go to the other office. would’ve been nice if they left a message on my phone machine so I would know I went to the wrong place. In addition then I had to fill out all the paperwork once again at the new office.

My regular dentist was closed for the Christmas holiday so I went to the Abington location for an emergency extraction. I called at 5 pm on a Friday (the day after Christmas) and was seen on Saturday at 9 am. Loved that! Dr. Mary Jo Kasenchak was AWESOME. She put me at ease and I felt no pain during the procedure. I think I found my new favorite dentist.

Service was quick. That makes me question the thoroughness of it. Additionally, I’ve never been to a doctor’s office where prescriptions can’t be called in. It’s obvious a patient is in pain and then to have to go wait in line for something that could have been called in was upsetting.
I won’t take any of my clients here again.

I just had an emergency visit there, and it could not have gone any better! First off, I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. They could not have been nicer and more understanding. I needed to have an emergency extraction, and Dr. Shtawi and her team were amazing! They took the time to explain everything, make sure I was ok throughout the entire procedure, and reassured me the whole time! From walking into the office to being in my car, it was exactly 1 hour. This was the first time I left the dentist, telling myself that I will ABSOLUTELY BE BACK!

Thank you to Dr. Phillip Belder for a gentle and professional experience on my four crowns. He knew exactly what to do immediately when I sat in his chair upon my first visit.
Dr. Belder provided a smooth, easygoing and fast process. He and his team care about selecting the right teeth coloring for a perfect smile.. I had my temporary crowns in during my first appointment with him and permanent crowns in a few wks later.
I would definitely recommend him if you need crowns or extensive work.

My appt was at 11 didn’t get called back til 1140, no one came in the room until 1208. The dr and the tech were arguing saying that she had to treat someone else before me after i waited over an hour. Terrible wait times
