Honestly, after dealing with dental pain for 20 years and seeing so many dentists around Ontario, I was in a bad way when Jenny from Dr. Day's office spotted me at work. She actually got me an emergency dental service appointment that same day. I've always been scared of dentists because of past experiences, but Dr. Day and his team were so patient and understanding. The receptionist is fantastic too, and Jenny even checks up on me sometimes and offered to help me get home when I was hurting. Everyone there is just incredible - if I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Everyone at the office was super friendly, but here's my issue: they did a procedure I specifically said no to, and I've had constant jaw problems ever since. Since 2020, I've had 7 different doctors in Ontario - ENTs, oral surgeons, orthodontists, even my family doctor - all confirm my jaw is out of place because of this. The dentist still won't admit the mistake, no apology, no fix, and I haven't been able to breathe through my nose properly. Really disappointing experience with what should have been routine dental care.

My previous dentist actually dislocated my jaw, so I was terrified to go back - it took me 2 years to build up the courage even though I needed work. Dr. Day was so patient when I explained what happened, even when I cried and needed breaks during procedures to relax my jaw. As a first-time patient in Ontario with a chipped front tooth, I called and they got me in within a couple days, even accommodating a late appointment. The receptionist was friendly when I arrived, and the restorative dentistry work was great - my teeth actually look better than before I chipped them! Really satisfied with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them if you ever chip a tooth.

Only went to Colin Day's clinic once a few years ago for an emergency tooth infection in Ontario - my face was really swollen and the infection was obvious. I now know that infections need to be cleared up before any dental surgery or the freezing doesn't work. Colin would have known this as a dentist, but instead of giving antibiotics and rescheduling, he did a root canal on the infected tooth anyway. Not sure why Google is asking for a review now, but that was my experience.

Been with Dr. Day and his staff for 8 yrs. I have a severe fear of needles and have to be pre medicated , and use gas . They're very good about it and I've been treated with respect.

Colin has been my dentist since I moved to Dundas six years ago. It's a difficult process to switch doctors, but Colin and the staff were so professional and kind that the transition was easy. The staff are always receptive to a patient advocating for themselves, which is not always the case in some offices. I kid them by saying that I'm in the 'devil's workshop', but most of the time I'm not thinking it. 💉
They have a great atmosphere here! I went in in immense pain from my wisdom tooth growing in wrong and they saw me the day I called. They were very friendly. I was extremely nervous and in tears from the pain and they helped me remain calm while my mouth was being frozen and while it was removed. I got it removed and haven't had any pain since. I will be recommending to everyone I know in the area. Thank you guys, you're awesome!
