Honestly, it was a mixed bag. They're basically the only emergency dental option around here, so I had to go. But the scheduling was a nightmare. My Friday 10 a.m. appointment got canceled while I was driving there. Then I showed up for the rescheduled Saturday 9 a.m. slot and the office was locked. Had to come back at 2 p.m. because the dentist was late. Also, all calls go to an offshore call center, so you can't talk to the local staff directly. And they charge an $85 fee upfront just for the assessment. The care itself was okay, but the logistics need serious work.

Had an appointment for Saturday that was rescheduled for the next day after I already drove almost 30 minutes to get there. I came in due to an abcess as I had one a while ago and I have the same symptoms. They didn't tell me that my 2 different dental insurance they didn't take. Took xrays that I didn't get copies of, told me that I had a cracked tooth and a crown will be almost $2,000 that i guess they thought I had that kind of money. Had to have my credit ran to see if I can do payments when in fact I believe I only have an abcess. They only touched a tooth and that was it for an $89 payment. They gave me a prescription for amoxicillin and motrin( which hurts my chest). They could've at least prescribed the mouthwash that would've really helped me. I feel very took by the situation like they just said anything to make me pay more for something I didn't need. I was better off going to the ER.
