Can't give less than one star, but they deserve it. Almost three months and they still haven't filed my insurance claim, even though I gave them all the info. Last time I called, the person said they filed it while I was on the phone - still nothing. I asked them to just give me the info so I could do it myself, but no. They sure got their money before any service. I'm looking into filing a complaint. Avoid this place in Stockbridge if you need insurance help.

Honestly, three stars is generous from me. The only reason I'm not giving lower is because of Miss Sylvia - she was great. If you need a same day appointment and a payment plan, this place in Stockbridge, GA will help you out. But just a heads up: the front desk receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and Dr. Gossett was extremely rude and rough. He didn't explain anything about my toothache or the procedure, just short and dismissive. I get they were busy, but that's no excuse for being so unpleasant.

You can tell when you walk in here they don't care about your pain they care about your money, and you feel forced to swipe your card just to get the pain over with. Well I gritted my teeth for a few more days made an appointment add a different dentist office. This place does not accept insurance.
I have paid only $35 at Aspen dental for the dental visit vs the $89 this place was charging. I know there's no guarantee to get my tooth out the same day after the diagnostic, but they only offered in-house payment plans so you can be 9k in debt and pay in installments.
Other places will offer the same payment plans but for much less. Smh
Always ask about the financial responsibility you are about to take before doing business with anyone. Shame on this establishment

Came in for a nerve pain. Had an infection from a previous fill in, outside of the long wait time once they got to me it wasn’t a bad process. I got two extractions it was my first time getting teeth removed so I was nervous but it was quick for the most part.

Thought I was in good hands, but no. Went in for tooth extraction and root canal. They charged my card $700 before even taking my blood pressure. Then they said my blood pressure was too high and to come back later. All they did was put some cotton and a temporary filling - how does that cost $700? I used my insurance at another dentist to get the work done. This place in Stockbridge is a rip-off.

The wait was a little lengthy but that was to be expected the day after a holiday. The staff was extremely kind but the cost was outrageous. The wanted $650 to extract a broken tooth. I understand the staff has no control over the cost so I want to again give this staff alone 5 stars. Unfortunately for me I waisted the $89 office visit since I chose not to do the extraction. I have been to an emergency dentist before,and I believe it’s the same company, and payed $150 for an extraction so I’m not sure why the change in cost.
