The front staff is extremely sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. The guy up front—can't remember his name—was a Godsend. He found me financing that made sense and was honest about costs. Nobody helps you pay less, so that won me over. The assistant was welcoming and patient. The doctor did a good job, but I didn't love her bedside manner—she was very matter-of-fact. When I asked if the tooth was loosening, she said yes and that she'd have it out if she wasn't stopping. Still, overall a decent experience.

So I ended up here to undo what McDonough Family Dental in Stockbridge did—a brutal extraction of two wisdom teeth and a coronectomy on a third. Months later, the leftover tooth migrated up with jagged edges, causing excruciating pain. I found My Emergency Dental online and was impressed by the reviews. They're real and accurate. So I was in PAIN PAIN PAIN! You know that kind of tooth pain that will have you acting ugly? Well I called My Emergency Dental around 2pm & they told me to come at 6:30pm. I arrived on time with my mouth already open. DR. JOHNSON & MS. NELL ARE THE TRUTH!!! I didn't even FEEL the numbing needles because Dr. Johnson does some kind of jiggling motion with your jaw at the same time! I couldn't BELIEVE it when he said the tooth was out! BEST experience ever. A+++++ I wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you guys. Back To Life!

I’m an over the road truck driver, and I’ve called around 150 dentists across the country, and paid for multiple consultations trying to get 6 teeth removed that were causing infection after infection. I’ve had no quality of life for close to a year, the infection caused me to lose hearing, and vision in my left eye. I knew I was dying from it..My Emergency Dental made an appointment next day, and got me in as soon as I got in town! Dr Franklin and his assistant were extremely knowledgeable and did everything to keep pain as minimal as possible. After a year of constant pain and migraines, I am finally seeing life in a positive note again! The vibe was fun and enjoyable at this office! I definitely recommend!
Had a bad taste in my mouth about Aspen Dental, I originally went to get a tooth pulled & ended up getting all types of cleanings/fillings I did not ask for and sticked with a $5,000 bill which I did not even receive all treatment because I was so fed up with them.
I was terrified to try another dental place especially one offering walk ins. I am beyond happy I found this location. I had a chipped wisdom tooth that was giving me hell on & off. I went in the receptionist was super friendly & informative the wait was a lil long but so worth it very quick process.
My X-ray was taken, the specialist came in commented on my other wisdom teeth but focused on what I was initially there for & off to overview my payment plan which was very affordable (I don’t have insurance) then back to prep for the procedure.
The woman who took my x ray & prepped me was also very attentive & helped make the process simple & quick. The specialist was great super polite guy. I was so scared but the process was not painful AT ALL. I was very tense in anticipation for pain but it never came & I am so grateful. This experience was beyond pleasant and I will definitely be back when it’s time for my other wisdom teeth to come out!
