Terrible, this is a late review as I went to the Babylon office over a year ago. Beware of a woman Asian doctor who was trying to do a root canal through a crown on me. They seemed to get me very numb with shots and started to work on the tooth when she hit a nerve and I jumped in the chair, she then told me she wasn't sure she could even do it and still charged me $600 or so. She was also having a personal conversation with the assistant while working on me. I had the tooth removed by the oral surgeon and still have nerve pain due to her damaging it. She also tried to say I had a low tolerance for pain not wanting to take responsibility.
As an add on to the above review, I recently spoke to my regular dentist regarding above. He has stated he's heard numerous negative references to the endodontist above whose name is Dr. Kim. If I were to go back here I would explicitly state not to see her. My dentist recommended Dr. Alex Sanchez in Patchogue.

Had a 9 AM consult at Premier Endodontics of Long Island in Babylon for a root canal evaluation. The front desk and assistant were polite, but Dr. Kim was shockingly rude. After X-rays, she demanded to know where my referral was. When I said I assumed it was sent electronically, she got loud and condescending, repeating things slowly like I was clueless. Felt completely disrespected during what should have been a simple endodontic consultation. Not the experience I expected.

My daughter had a root canal done here. They explained the whole procedure to me and even had one of the assistants hold her hand because she was anxious. That was so sweet! Really appreciated the great customer service during her endodontic treatment.

Went in for intermittent pain on one side. They rushed me through intake and said I needed emergency surgery the next day, charging $400 for a scan. Dr. Kim was boorish, wouldn't let me ask questions, and said it wasn't her job to discuss options. I went to another dentist who adjusted my bite, and that fixed the pain. No root canal needed. Felt like they just wanted to push unnecessary endodontic surgery.

If there was a way to put into words how below average the staff is at this facility, I would surely do so. Please beware. I used Dr. Granger for root canal and I had many problems. I’m still waiting for a call back that never happened after having left three messages. Unprofessional, uncaring, and inept. I went somewhere else and couldn’t be happier.

I was in so much pain and needed an emergency root canal. Called on a Saturday morning and they got me in within 30 minutes! The staff was super nice, the office was spotless, and they helped me so much. Grateful I found this place for my root canal treatment.

Dr Kim is awesome and a tremendous dentist, but the way they handle their insurance is deceptive. You really need to check with your insurance ahead of time! They claim to be in network but in reality aren't. I had to pay a bill that wasn't accurate after checking with my insurance company. Disappointed with the service, but not the Dentist. I would use her again, just not at Premier.

Dr. Gupta and his assistant are absolutely fantastic!!! Just went yesterday for a root canal and let me tell you that he is so good it was better then getting a cavity filled absolutely painless and they explained everything! I won't go anywhere eles for a root canal !!

This is for the Patchogue location, not Babylon. My 13-year-old was in excruciating pain from a tooth, and we needed an emergency root canal. They squeezed us in same day! Dr. Glenna Lee and her assistant were amazing—explained everything thoroughly, answered all our questions, and made my daughter feel at ease. It ended up being a vital pulp treatment instead, but the care was top-notch. So grateful they saw us so quickly.

This was my second time at Premier Endodontics. I love that I was able to request my same doctor as before (Dr Ammons) He was amazing! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He knows his stuff and was very informative! The office staff was also very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Premier!

Staff was rude, acted as if they were annoyed to do their jobs. Simply asked them to explain what was going on with MY teeth & the receptionist & dentist had an attitude. The nurses were the only ones who weren’t rude. & to the receptionist with the bushy eyebrows, how you giving attitude & opinions with no scrubs on?? You need to stay behind that desk. The rest of the staff needs to reevaluate their attitudes & learn how to deal with people.

Had an emergency root canal today with Dr. Gupta and his assistant Yolei. They were absolutely amazing. I have severe dental anxiety, but Dr. Gupta took his time, explained everything, and was super supportive. The procedure was pain-free! Yolei comforted me and checked in constantly. Such a great team—I'll recommend them to everyone needing endodontic treatment.

I came to get a root canal with Dr. Kim and I could not have asked for a better experience! The staff were very reassuring and through with explaining the process. And one of the assistants even stated. "Everyone comes in here nervous when they hear root canal, but we make sure to make you as comfortable as possible!
