Everyone I interacted with was warm , caring and professional …. They do not make you feel rushed as they answer every question and explain every part of the exam and procedure . There were no surprises! Dr. Garden took all the time needed to get me numb for the procedure and never once acted rushed . I have had no post operative pain ! I was referred to Dr. Garden by my new dentist, Dr. Vlahos. I needed 2 root canals on opposite sides of my mouth and really didn’t want to have 2 appointments. Dr. Garden’s office and her whole staff were very kind, reassuring and professional and made me comfortable. The care provided during the procedure was exceptional, however, the very next day I received a call from Dr. Garden herself to follow up and ask how I was feeling.
That doesn’t happen anymore and I would highly recommend their office if you need to see an endodontist.

Had pain underneath a crown and had a candidate for a root canal. Paid $335 upfront with insurance out of network for another set of xrays and 10 minute evaluation. Told my tooth likely had a crack in it but was unconfirmable and that it was not a candidate for a root canal and to proceed with extraction.
I asked and wanted to get a more definitive answer by further evaluating the tooth without the crown on it.
They should have worked with my dentist or done themselves to remove the crown and get a closer inspection before making a ruling that they would not work on it.
I should have gotten a second opinion but paid $335 for this one and trusted them. I also had references of bad reviews from the other endodontist referral in town which made me not want to go there for a second opinion. Plus I had already paid for the xrays and evalaution now twice.
Ended up getting the molar tooth extracted by my dentist which I regret. Extracting one tooth can lead to problems down the road as the matching tooth offsetting doesn't have a mate.
I would have spent more money doing more exploratory prior to extraction to confirm that was best route. They would not do so.
I am not a dentist or endodontist but you could remove the crown and check the tooth and then make decision to extract or temporary recrown until root canal if it is logistics issue.
There was no visible crack in the tooth after inspection from extraction.

Needed urgent dental work but had trouble finding immediate care. They were able to get me in for an evaluation next day and Dr. Garden ended up being able to take care of the root canal sooner than I expected. Excellent service and really nice staff!

Dr. Garden was great! When she walked in with a smile I immediately felt very comfortable. She was very patient. She explained more than once the X-rays of the teeth in question. I did not need a root canal. Very trustworthy! I highly recommend her! Mary did a good job! She was super nice. The staff was very professional.
