Honestly, my daughter's been seeing Dr. Choudhry since she was born, and we just love the time and care she gives us during our visits in Glen Ellyn. Showed up on time for 10:40 appointment and no receptionist at the desk
After waiting 5-10 minutes the receptionist reappeared and started helping an elderly gentleman rather than my daughter and I.
After helping the man which took another 5-10 minutes she started checking in other people. She never once acknowledged that my daughter and I had been waiting patiently for quite some time. I eventually got up to the desk and let them know we had been waiting for now 20-30 minutes and to check in my daughter.
She then began to say we might not get to see the doctor because WE WERE LATE.
This infuriated me and I said, NO, you weren’t here when we got here. THEN you helped everyone but us.
They ended up getting us in but it was a bad experience all around.
The nurse stated they had to draw my daughter’s blood with a finger prick and when i asked why she couldn’t even come up with the reason they do that. And proceeded to do it anyways.
Will be looking for another doctor office

We love Dr. Choudhry because she's so patient with us in Glen Ellyn. Every month we come with a long list of questions, and she never rushes us—always makes sure everything's answered before we leave. During our first pediatric visit, when my baby's weight dropped, she walked me through pumping settings since my lactation consult was still a week away. As a first-time mom, she was super reassuring and encouraging, telling me everything was fine and I was doing a good job with preventative care.
