I was referred to Dr. Jafarnia by my dentist for the consultation regarding root canal issue. Dr. Jafarnia told me that he needs to do a special scan that costs $290 and is not covered by insurance. After the scan was done, he looked at it and told me that he cannot help me and I need to go somewhere else. They charged my insurance several hundreds of dollars for the visit and I still needed to pay additional $90.
This is one of those offices that looks nice but they overcharge on literally everything. I spent almost $400 for nothing.
Safe to say I will not be going there and I will not ever refer scammers like this to friends.

Had a great experience at Woodfield Endodontics in Schaumburg for a root canal. My dentist referred me to Dr. Jafarnia. Joel and Luisa at the front desk were super welcoming. The assistants Mikayla and Ivana did a great job and were really nice. Dr. Jafarnia made me feel calm the whole time, checking in multiple times. The root canal was painless! He explained everything afterward and showed me my x-rays. Whole process was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience. I have the worst dental anxiety. Dr. J has the best bedside manners and is very compassionate. His staff is very helpful and calming as well. As far as his work, it speaks for itself. He is very good at what he does. I experienced no discomfort or pain during my root canal.

They squeezed me into Dr. Jafarnia's lunch break for an emergency root canal. He explained everything, and I trusted him completely. This was a return visit from over ten years ago. Dr, J. and staff were all good listeners, observant and conscious of even the slightest sign of discomfort. Each new action was identified and more difficult or potentially painful actions were calmly identified in advance of moving forward. Besides handling the root canal with reasonable speed, there was NO pain or discomfort afterwards. While the cost is of a root canal is significant, I feel it was money well spent.
Dr. Jafarnia, Assistant Amber, and office staff are friendly, communicative, reassuring, and empathic. It was my first root canal, and Dr. Jafarnia’s step-by-step explanations about the procedure really put me at ease. I felt fully confident that I was receiving the best level of care possible. It was even more reassuring when office staff called me the following day to check on my well-being and pain management regimen. Very happy with One Woodfield Endodontics!

Dr. Ben Jafarnia is absolutely wonderful! I had my first ever root canal, and he made me feel so comfortable. He was thorough, and walked me through the whole procedure. Not only was he kind, and personable, he was professional and cared for my well being. His staff is also very friendly! My primary care dentist referred me to Dr. Jafarnia, and I couldn't have been more happy with his choice!
I hope I never need another root canal, but if it's in my future, I would definitely go back to him. I would also recommend him to friends and family!
